Advertises in big bold letter "100% free". But then while filling the form you get paid options right in the middle.

No it's not clear at all, there isn't even any pricing details on the home page until you scroll all the way down (it's a tiny hyperlink btw).

Just to be sure I didn't hallucinated, I tried the form again by clicking the button under "100% free", next to "Free Privacy Policy Generator". And what a surprise, I can barely even fill the form... Most of important check boxes and text fields have a price tag next to them...
So you can only generate bare bone generic terms with this site for free, not something useful. I would even say that the claim "100% free" is incorrect. This is a dark pattern used to trick their users.

Apologies for initially claiming that users are required to pay. You win on a technicality. Now is this the ethical approach?

Terms Feed gave me everything I needed with minimal effort on my part. Max from their support team is great and able to troubleshoot and make any changes that are needed for your site. even with email support, he was very responsive. I have total confidence in using this service and their support.

Having had problems to have a Cookie Consent Banner that meets the new EU Accessibilty law EAA, I contacted Terms Feed support who reworked their cookie banner to meet the requirements entirely with rapid, friendly service. I highly recommend them!

We had an issue with our consent mode which was initiated by Google. We could not find the issue so we turned to TermsFeed for help. They helped us solve this issue in a constructive and fast pace. Not actually free if you want it to be fully compliant

Easy to navigate site with simple form fill to create policies. Very fast process and TermsFeed provides documents in multiple formats.
Customer support is immediate, concise, and helpful.

Its an easy to use format to select which documents are needed. The customer service is excellent and fast - within an hour each time I have mailed them. Very pleased

I was looking for a google consent mod V2 solution and found termsfeed cookie consent, a solution that I really liked.
Due to my lack of knowledge, I was unable to implement it correctly in my Google Tag Manager area, so I contacted termsfeed support.
The support was fantastic, always kind, and helped me understand the installation and resolved my problem.

They were able to get us our privacy policy quickly and efficiently. When we had a small issue, they had amazing response time. We had the issue within responded to and handle in less than an hour. I have not seen that kind of customer service in years.
