FA Website is hopeless and reduces me to tears!

Only just found out that the FA has a new website. I have been waiting 6 months for new dates to be given for their National Goalkeeper Course.... now this new website is meant to be easier to use!! What a joke! Now I cannot even find the course!! They no longer have a telephone system so again you have to write a 'ticket'! No doubt it will be back and forth for ages until we get this rectified!

After 40 emails and a dozen phone class trying to renew a lost Coaching Certificate I was told to 'Follow us on Facebook and twitter for updates' The fact that Twitter no longer exists highlights the sheer incompetence and waste of money this organisation is. Terrible AI humans wasting peoples money.

Ineptitude.

I 'phoned the telephone number given on Google three times: 08001691863 on the 7th. November, at about 11:25 a.m..
I listened to all 8 options each time.
I pressed No.8 each time for "Reception"; it went unanswered three times.
I pressed No.3 for "The Fans' Feedback Line ", on the third occasion. The recorded announcement responded by saying that if you wern't disabled you shouldn't have your query answered, as it was " Strictly...for disabled ".
I pressed No. 1, which was announced as being for " Tickets ": and, it was exactly the same response as was given above for No.3 !!
I persevered, and it was finally answered on the tenth occassion, by a helpful person
Another Google-advertised telephone number:+ 44 (0)333 331 2080, replies by saying "Calls...not being connected ".
The ' website ' directs people to a picture of a man in shorts using a lawnmower, saying ," Sorry, there's something wrong with the pitch"; no, with the ' mind ', I'm afraid.
And all of this because I was enquiring about?: an un-answered email !!
My impression was of incompetence; of the discrimination against the non-disabled; and of general ineptitude before the tenth call was answered. After it was answered, the Operator was helpful.

UEFA C course passed but still without…

UEFA C course passed but still without a certificate
My husband completed his uefa c. He did this to help my son. His tutor has confirmed he passed. He has worked hard. He invested over £500 in this course personally and he cannot get that money back from our local football club until he has his certificate.
His tutor has confirmed he has passed but “it is now out of his hands”
There is no one to ring, no email that will respond, they don’t respond to his twitter massages. He has now resorted to writing a letter in the post.

This is wrong on every scale. All he wants is his qualification certificate which he deserves.

The organisation is terrible. They take your money and that is it. The communication is literally non existed. We thought that they were an educational establishment with good objectives.

Unfortunately if he doesn’t receive his certificate we will have to go through the small claims. We do not know what else to do.

The performance and conduct of Darren…

The performance and conduct of Darren England during the Tottenham, Liverpool match dated September 30th, was completely unacceptable on 2 attributes.

The offside decision to rule-out Luis Diaz’s goal was unethical, unprofessional and possibly fraudulent if Darren England has bias at play. I am not convinced Darren could make such a clear an error obvious error without bias at play.

A second issue, being less widely discussed, concerns the red card issued to Curtis Jones. The video sections of this incident, shown to the on field referee, were evidently framed towards making the tackle appear malicious or worse than it was. I have watched this back several times and at no point does Darren England present the on field referee with ‘real time’ footage at regular speed to capture the entire incident. Instead, bias and framed sections of the incident are presented in slow motion to make the tackle appear malicious, or more forceful than it actually was.

In other professions, gross negligence, data framing, call it what you will, are dealt with.

Employees responsible for grossly breaching their code of ethic and moral duties face appropriate levels of discipline. The FA should make a stand against gross negligence and the corrupt bias exhibited by Darren England on September 30th.
The watered down public apology issue so far is meaningless, if those accountable are not reprimanded.

The FA should take action against Ref Anthony Taylor

The FA is investigating the comments made by Thomas Tuchel into the decisions of referee Anthony Taylor and VAR referee Mike Dean.
The decisions made by both refs (and the incredible incompetence of the dark haired linesman) were genuinely baffling and completely incompetent and changed the outcome. We watched the game as both Chelsea and Spurs fans and none of us could believe the decision making.
The FA should apologise and ensure neither are involved in refereeing games between these teams again.

The FA have released and are insistent…

The FA have released and are insistent that all clubs and leagues must now use their newly updated Whole Game System.

The platform is presently in Beta development and is simply not fit for purpose.

We are unable to register our players and likely to incur substantial additional costs from our leagues as a result of late registrations.

Our County FA is doing its best to support but the platform development is handled centrally.

I received an initial response from the CIO at The FA acknowledging my issue but no feedback since and my emails have gone ignored.

A confusion and frustration.

I was watching the recent women's football game between Birmingham City and Aston Villa. I noted early in the first half that the AV coach was not paying any attention to staying within his side-line coaches area during play. I then checked the BCFC coaches behaviour and she was staying pretty rigidly within the box. None of the officials were paying any attention to this and the behaviour continued throughout the whole game. At times the AV coach was standing right behind opposition players, at throw ins for example, shouting very loudly and I assume intimidating those players. I do not understand. What is the point of having rules that are then totally ignored and never upheld? An explanation from the FA would be good.
