The available informations (pictures, certificates, etc.) are more than enough to help you make the perfect choice, and if that's not enough you can count on their customer support, they are patient and caring even with demanding customers!
And the sapphire... well it's hard to describe with words, I was amazed by it and kept staring at it through different lights, it is just gorgeous!
