I spent days (several actually) going over the Montana Sapphires with both Caitlyn and Michael. The Sapphire I wanted was very specific along with my design for the ring. Any and all questions I had were answered promptly and the detail that was shown for each stone description was well thought out and provided me with enough detail to make a decision without any reservations.

As for the custom setting, I had a specific design I wanted and what I received was perfect! My stone is the center piece to my band and I'm extremely pleased.

I will definitely continue looking at this site for any and all future pieces of jewelry.

I would however recommend a "trade up" policy which would allow customers to trade their stone in for another (more expensive stone).
