Quick delivery and quality products

I could only give three stars. They had exactly what I needed but getting it and communication was abysmal. The website is horrendous. In the end I drove to the warehouse and the staff was exceedingly kind but the process was enough to make me look elsewhere in the future.

I ordered something from them because I needed next day delivery. I could have ordered elsewhere. The item did not arrive next day (and I got wet on the golf course). They were, however, quick to refund 100% of my postage costs.

Wanted to write an honest review as there seems to be a bit of ambiguity around The Sports HQ. I ordered some RAM irons and received confirmation email straight away. Shipping tracking the day after and received the day after that. I’m not sure why people have had some bad experiences, but I couldn’t fault them and would happily use again.

Avoid at all costs, purchasing item fine, but only way to get a refund on items not delivered is raising a chargeback via your bank. No one responds, numbers just ring out.

I have placed an order today 22/9/26 for a Ram 7 fairway wood, moneys taken from my credit card and no confirmation email has been sent I can’t track my order, the two telephone numbers I called never pickup absolute joke customer service, they let you place your order take your money then know response .
Ram golf please get your act together.

Online order process was fine. Prices were good. Got a confirmation email. Then nothing. DHL reference number given was a fake. Phone never answered. I asked for an update via email and the answer was “update on what” as if they couldn’t understand why I might need an explanation!! Simply bizarre. I would avoid this company.

Be very careful when ordering anything from this site you need to be 100% sure you are going to keep the item/s as you won't be able to return them

I have a problem with the product. I try the telephone number for the company to ask for help. It is NEVER answered

Have been trying to contact customer services for months. Emails not replies to and no phone numbers get answered. Really don't know how they get such good reviews.

Ordered the golf bag yesterday afternoon and arrived before midday today with free next day delivery. The price was great compared to everywhere else I really highly recommend getting your gear here!
