I bought the KOAK Sandals. They rubbed a blister on the top of my arch and were not comfortable overall. Quality good; fit not good. I've been wearing Think! for years and have not had this problem in the past.

Last November I ordered and paid for some Think! boots from a website that appeared to be in Australia.
I have not received the boots and have had little correspondence via email from someone called ‘Fala’ but their email address does not look like it’s connected to a Think! Business.
Is it a scam?

Think? Scam? Australian website that does not deliver.

I don't recommend! I paid 220 euros for shoes, after two days they turned black - after walking in dry weather. Think! admited that the damage was thier fault as they didn't use enough protection on shoes. I was advised to go and fix shoes on my own and they don't accept returns or complains.

Ordered a pair of shoes. I haven't received any.
Apparently they are not available in Denmark.
I already have two pairs, I'm very fond of, bought in Germany. But I'll never try to order this way again.
And the money, I paid, are gone. Really! It makes me angry.

In the spring of 2023 I purchased an expensive pair of black THINK leather sandals while abroad. But ….. the colour from the sandals gave me black feet so shortly after I stopped wearing the sandals. I wrote to THINK’s customer service - but THINK never replied! After one year - this summer of 2024 - I decided to give the sandals a new chance. But it was no success. Again black feet. Do not purchase black THINK sandals!

Bought a pair of boots while on holiday in Viena because it was recommended to me as very good quality shoes. Bought it in September, and in February, I noticed my feet were getting wet when I wore the boots while raining, so I noticed that at the front of the shoes, there is some space allowing water inside. Very disappointing having such an issue just after a few months of use. I contacted Think! customer service sent them pictures and explained the situation as best as I could. After a few emails, the response is that I can only resolve the issue where I bought the pair (Viena), a ridiculous response as such a company selling their product in the UK should then provide a solution even when a customer buys a product no matter where. Quite upsetting to have such a careless service. Think! is fast to get your money, but it seems they do not care when their product is of low quality and refuse to refund or fix the pair. First and definitely the last time I will ever buy it again. Do not waste your money!
