Poor Service, Partial shipment
Only 2 of the 4 tires I ordered showed up. When I tried to get a refund after 12 days, they gave me the runaround. This was my first and last buying experience with Tires Easy. They also charge a ridiculous handling fee.

This company has by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I have been waiting for my tires to even get some sort of an update since I placed the order September 9th. I have called the company multiple times all customer service is absolutely worthless. I will make sure nobody ever uses this company ever. And they better either give me my money back or get me my freaking tires this is absolutely ridiculous.

We bought 8 OTR 350 Mag 25x10.00-12C (back ATV tires) and 8 OTR 350 Mag 25x8.00-12C (front ATV tires) and have been running them on our fleet of ATV Cruise ship ATV excurion tours, on both the tar road and dirt roads, for about a year and a half now, and they have performed spectacularly. We are about to order another set to put them on all 14 of our ATVs. These are a good tire for the price. They were delivered within a week of placing the order.
