Despite promises on Friday that the issue was fixed, the shipment is still sitting on the floor in Spain this morning. The company lied again. I have now cancelled my order and gone to my bank for a refund. Avoid this company at all costs

Do not be fooled by their .co.uk website or UK phone numbers. This company (trading as Gym Company / Titanium Strength) ships heavy freight from Spain, and they are completely incompetent with logistics.
My experience:
I ordered equipment expecting a standard delivery. Instead, my shipment has been stuck on a warehouse floor in Barcelona for over 10 days.
They lie about status: Customer service (Siham) repeatedly emailed me stating my order was "correctly in transit."
The Truth: I had to contact the courier (Dachser) myself to find out the truth. The courier confirmed the goods had never moved because Gym Company failed to provide the mandatory export/customs paperwork.
The "Fix" was a lie: When I pointed this out, they claimed it was resolved. Hours later, the courier confirmed the paperwork was still rejected (CRA document error), yet Customer Service insisted everything was fine.
I have spent a week chasing their courier because they refuse to do their job. They will take your money instantly, but if there is a problem, you are on your own.
Bottom line: If you want your equipment to actually arrive, buy from a real UK supplier. If you want to spend your week translating Spanish tracking updates and being gaslighted by support, buy here.

This company doesn't care about the customers once they have purchased the item. The machine I bought has several issues none have been rectified after a year of trying to contact them. They do not respond to any of your emails and when I have spoken to them on the phone Alex his very rude, abrupt and dismissive. I have no choice but to take action by other means as they are impossible to deal with. They refuse to communicate.
I would like to add regarding your comment below you have sent me the same parts you sent me the first time and they have not made a difference to the functionality. I like the way you say that it is resolved for the purpose of this review.

I purchased the All-In-One B200 V3 (current value approx. €3,000) believing I was investing in a high-end product. After one year of use, I must advise against it for anyone who is not a beginner or is taller than 175 cm.
TECHNICAL ISSUES:
Barbell Incompatibility: The rack width matches the grip of standard Olympic barbells (131 cm). It is impossible to use a standard 20kg bar without constantly hitting the J-hooks. The company provides a proprietary barbell with unique measurements, effectively making the rack incompatible with professional third-party equipment.
Squat Safety: The hole spacing on the frame is too wide (10 cm apart). For a 180 cm tall user, this means choosing between a rack position that is either too high or too low, compromising safety during the unrack.
Lat Machine: The leg brace is poorly positioned relative to the cable line, and there is no compatible seat produced by the company.
Weight Stack: The 2:1 ratio makes the stack far too light for advanced training.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: The most disappointing part was the handling of my complaint. After spending €la big investment, I received responses from the Country Manager that were clearly generated by an AI and carelessly pasted (the message literally started with: "Here is a clear and correct message for Dario:").
The company dismisses these issues as "design choices," but in my opinion, these are clear conformity defects for equipment marketed as professional. If you are looking for a rack that meets international Olympic standards and human customer support, look elsewhere.

TERRIBLE company! Received my cable machine with a manufacter error so my installation guys couldnt complete the set up as it had been manufactered incorrectly. The customer service helpdesk is POOR they don't understand and kept sending me in circles. They wouldnt accept liability and said they wouldn't pay for someone to install a new one when this was THEIR error. Would never buy from them again!

Avoid at all costs, worst customer service i have ever dealt with, item arrived, missing parts as everyone has said, 1 damaged part, wrong instructions with pages missing. I emailed them about missing parts/ damaged parts, no response, called them spoke to someone who said she will contact manufactures and call me back, never rung back, called them 3 days later, again she said she hasnt heard from manufactures so i said can you call them, she said she would ring me back, never did, called back 3 days later and exactly the same again, called again now shes on annual leave and spoke to a gentleman who said he would get someone to ring me, again no one did, so were 3 weeks on now, and not even told me whats happening about the missing / damaged parts, dont respond to email, dont ring back, and no information about whats happening. So i have a half build expensive machine i cant use, sitting there for 3 weeks now. Avoid at all costs

The worst fitness brand I've ever worked with! I bought two machines seven weeks ago, and they "forgot" to deliver my second. Three weeks later, my second machine arrived, but it was missing a few parts. After some arguing about the missing parts, which they claimed were on the machine, they gave me their word and I would received the missing parts. Today, four weeks later, I still haven't received the parts, and it's been seven weeks since the original order date. A terrible company.

This company is an absolute joke.
They have no way of getting your products into the UK. They keep saying the order can’t get through customs.
I ordered on the 6th of January, they will not give any updates. Apparently I’m 1 of at least 50 other customers and they are trying to get it sorted but don’t have any way of sorting it.
They are still happy to take thousands of pounds off other customs as they are still taking orders on their website.

In between we discussed when what could be delivered and installed as there needs to be a technical person coming over. Great service and also calling on the day of delivering how far and long. Bought a functional trainer on Black Friday for £250 less than other sites, it arrived day after boxing day. Took 4 hrs to out together, very good quality, mostly clear instructions and well set out parts, nuts, bolts etc.
Pretty awful.... Delivery took 4 weeks, albeit due to the flooding, however this was probably a good excuse to what I read is a normal occurence.
Parts then came with wrong instructions.
Whole process was just a mess. The machines are good though!
Ordered a £1600 leg curl machine, took 3 weeks to arrive. That’s fair, it came from Spain.
The issues I have:
-customer service is poor, even prior to order they’re simply uninterested in taking calls
After delivery
-machine frame is different to the website and the instruction manual
-the components do not match the manual, meaning it’s un buildable
-we had to use pliers and grips to force open metal work to even build the bird we could due to poor build quality
Once we’d notified titanium about the issues we had they ignored my email, then after calling them the next day they again were unhelpful on the phone.
2 days later since originally telling them our commercial machine doesn’t work and doesn’t have any components to build it, they’re still ignoring all emails and my calls just fall on death ears about a technician calling me back…
I’ve asked to get the product to be returned but as usual I’m waiting for a response on his to return…
Don’t waste your time, order from somewhere else. These guys suck.
These people will not get back with you even when their equipment doesn't last anytime. Their equipment is complete garbage and so is their customer service! Do yourselves a favor and stick with Titan or Rouge. They are about the same price anyways and their stuff is just better made. I spent thousands on a machine (Functional Trainer) and the cable broke so it's of no use to me now so I'm out of thousands of dollars because these people will not get back with me and I even offered to pay for this, just get it to me. Nope they won't even respond to calls, emails, etc.!! Do not buy from them. You will be disappointed; I promise and be out of money. I'm so ticked I am going to ride up to their place of business and deal with them face to face. Thousands of dollars!! I'll see you all soon!!

Do not buy things from this company, they have sen't me a defected product and now are trying for me to pay for new pieces, there is also no means of communicating besides sending an email and waiting days for a response.
