Items not delivered , when emailed the company they would not give refund and told me to contact the courier Royal Mail this is not my responsibility as the company arranged the courier , still no refund and no numbing cream , so not use this fake company stay well away

A few years ago my son told me about this company & that I need to start buying their Black Tattoo numbing cream. I did & have been wondering where this has been my whole life! The tubes may be small (I usually purchase 2-3 tubes at a time) but a little goes a long way! I'll put on a good amount & wrap with cellophane, wait 30 minutes give or take & I don't have to endure the pain of getting the Tattoo, I only have to deal with it once the Black Tattoo wears off. I LOVE this product!!

ordered on a Tuesday before 2pm, had no confirmation email but amount was taken from bank. Nearly a week after and still not heard back or received the product.

I have not received my order. Still waiting for my order to arrive. Said it would arrive on the 6th of March. Look a the order tells on it's way. So please look into this and tell me what is going on

It turns out my order was placed on a fake website imitating TKTX, not the official site. That explains the hidden charges and the lack of response. To be clear: my negative experience was not with the real TKTX company. I cannot rate the original TKTX business, since I never ordered from them. My warning is simply: be very careful — there are scam sites pretending to be TKTX.

I ordered TKTX Tattoo cream within the EU (to Romania), and their website claims that orders ship from Europe with no extra VAT or charges. Instead, my package came from the UK and I had to pay an additional 20% on top of the price. On top of that, my emails were completely ignored — no response at all from the seller. Very unprofessional and misleading. I will never order from them again. Stay away!
