Everything works exactly as it should. I’ve been using it for three months now and haven’t had any issues. The lock feels very solid, setting it up was easy, and the battery life has been great.
We've been using this lock with great pleasure for a few days now. Unexpected but super handy is the ability to share the lock with each other. It's so convenient!
I am extremely satisfied with my TMD bike lock. After having my previous Stromer ST5 speed pedelec stolen, I was looking for a high-quality ART2-certified lock that would give me a much greater sense of security.
The quality is excellent: the lock feels extremely strong and robust, is very well designed, and clearly built to withstand serious attempts at theft. Despite its strength, it remains practical and easy to use on a daily basis.
For anyone who owns a valuable e-bike or speed pedelec and wants to invest in serious protection, I can highly recommend TMD. It feels like a very worthwhile investment for both security and peace of mind.

I said it before I say it again this lock is the best. I work for Uber Eats and it saves me a lot of time and effort. I will never go back to a different lock. I totally recommend this lock to anyone specially if you work, locking and unlocking your bike all the time.
There was an issue during delivery that caused me to post a negative review here. But once I was in the hands of the TMD customer service rep the story really turned around – very friendly and dedicated assistance. So unexpected, and so unusual. Thanks!

Having used this lock for a while now I'm really happy with it. It takes a bit getting used to, but once I turned off the really loud audio feedback, the lock has been a dream. Easy to lock, easy to unlock – and easy to share with a third person when needed. Just as advertised. Nice!
