My treatment was for a filling & a new dental plate lining. This was done i thought satisfactorily. Shortly after i noticed my plate was as loose as before it was done plus later my filled tooth became very sensitive to cold. I have been told to use sensitive toothpaste (i already do) & rub some round the tooth after each clean. My
plate i was told - they could do nothing more to. I would have to have a new denture. I told them i cannot afford that. But for all my treatment i had paid over £500. To me that's a lot of money I paid only to be back where i started with my plate.

The dental hygienist is very experienced and skillful. The online medical history form-filling is impossible to use as it required confirmation of ID twice and never sent me the promised code to get to the forms.

The dentist and nurse made my children feel at ease and took away their anxiety over having fillings, he was quick, professional and made the atmosphere calm. My girls left happy and both had a great experience 5 * Dental surgery

Very happy with my recent visit for a routine checkup, the experience from start to finish was professional and efficient.

Haven't finished my treatment yet but happy with the work so far.

Iwona is my dentist at the Together Practice and she is exceptional. As well as being punctual she immediately makes you feel at ease with her warm and positive approach; explaining exactly what is happening and why.
My experiences have always been uplifting, whether I’ve undergone treatment or not. As well as providing any necessary treatment Iwona has always followed up the consultation by providing information/ advice pertinent to my needs, alongside products/ procedures relevant to my personal oral care.

I have had some awful experiences at previous dentist practices since childhood. I was a very nervous patient to start but not anymore. Dr Basra listened to my fears, gave me lots of reassurance, kind and professional.
I also felt so comfortable with The Hygienist, Kelsey. Again very kind, pleasant and professional.
Not forgetting the receptionists aswell. Overall a relaxed pleasant experience with this dental practice.

The reception staff are lovely and so helpful, The dental staff have always been excellent!

I have been going to Together Dental for years now, they are really friendly and good and would usually give 5 stars.
But this time I went and paid £70.00 to see the hygienist, my appointment was for 1 o’clock but was told when I arrived they had just gone to lunch but a dentist will clean them for me.
The dentist did clean my teeth and polished them, so don’t see why I had to pay to see a hygienist when the dentists can do the same.

I was seen as an emergency at the shoeburyness branch . Not my usual dentist ,I think my dentist name was Natalia, she was absolutely wonderful. Gentle & kind, did a great job extracting a painful tooth for me . Very relieved & Very grateful

I recently visited the hygienist for a routine clean and check-up. The appointment went well, and it was a great reminder of the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene. My teeth feel much cleaner, and I received some helpful advice on keeping my gums and teeth healthy.

I received an excellent standard of dental care from Dr Aneela Butt. She was highly professional, compassionate, and attentive throughout my treatment. She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and arranged urgent treatment when I required it, for which I am extremely grateful.

I was particularly impressed by her professionalism, expertise, and reassuring approach. I felt listened to and well cared for throughout my treatment. The service I received was exceptional, and I would highly recommend Dr Aneela Butt to anyone looking for a highly professional, caring, and dedicated dentist.
