My autistic son has always been petrified of the dentist. However the first time he walked into his appointment here he was so calm and did everything he needed to do ! I was shocked. The staff are so patient, understanding and inclusive it is no longer a meltdown at the dentist thank you so much ! 🙏🏼

Great Dentist, such a light touch, and friendly service

All the staff at the Together Dental practice on St.Boltoph's Road, Colchester are welcoming, professional and efficient. From my initial contact with the receptionist to the clinical assistant and my dentist; all are respectful, attentive and provide their service professionally. The information is always given clearly and with time to discuss any queries that I may have.

Not Autism friendly. The doors all squeak and bang. My daughter and I were completely over stimulated sitting in the waiting area. The staff were very sympathetic but say nothing can be done. I don’t understand how the company that fitted the doors can’t adjust the closing mechanism or add dampers and won’t allow anyone else to adjust them.

With lots of great advice and tips from the hygienist, a thoroughly good clean and friendly conversation, we walked out with a new mouth! Very impressed with the service provided.

The staff and service has always been excellent.

I was referred to Together Dental from my own NHS dentist to have a broken molar removed which I understood to be complicated. It was an 8am Saturday apt which suited me. First time at this surgery and must say first class service from reception to staff and Geo (Dentist). It was as pleasant an experience under local anesthetic as having any tooth pulled could be! 100% recommend. Not that it matters but I am 72 next month.

Easy check in, short wait and an efficient check up. All done in a very comfortable fashion. Afterwards the reception staff were very nice and friendly. Can fully recommend.

As somebody who hates going to the dentist and is extremely nervous I have at last found a dentist who is patient, takes her time and talks you through what she is doing. Along with her dental nurse who is just as kind they really are the dream team!!

Anjali was excellent as always. I was concerned and she gave options for a tooth extraction. She was engaging and professional. I would highly recommend Anjali.
