Reception team was pleasant as usual.

my son is very nervous, he felt at ease as all the staff are very friendly, was explained very clearly to him what would happen at each visit, very pleased with this dentist.

Not impressed with the office staff,asked for my date of birth Infront of other customers,no need for this as you can ask for surname,first line of address etc.Please do not do this to us when we visit the dentist, remember your confidentiality and respect people 's wishes and concerns.Thank you.

Had an appointment yesterday for a root canal with Vadim zubco.
I was seen to on time and although my appointment over ran because my jaw locked open Vadim and he’s assistant did everything possible to help me
Root canal was painless and feels perfectly fine the following day.

I needed to have my filling re cemented. he did this very quickly. in fact too quickly as he did not do a bite test as a result it is sitting too high.
The tooth is very rough around the inside and within a few hours it has made my tongue very sore. I used this surgery for years under the previous owners and i never had a single issue.
Very slapdash !

Was great dentist really good

I arrived early for my 1.30 appointment, but I was a bit annoyed that you were closed for lunch, so I had to walk back to wait in my car in the car park. That aside, Liesel was lovely; she got me a room on the ground floor ( I walk with a stick). Totally painless check-up that I had been dreading. I'll be back for my next check-up in a year's time (teeth are still good), hopefully with Liesel.

My first visit was a very pleasant experience. Staff very professional, polite and friendly. My dentist Mr Chun Yu was very thorough, efficient and professional. Very impressed with this practice, making it a very positive experience.

Very good dentist , thoroughly explained everything to my dad (it was his appointment) who has heart problems . The denist was lovely , the staff are very welcoming and I would definitely recommend the practice .

My 93 year old Mum had a tooth extraction and was very anxious as she has several health issues. Jenny and her nurse were very kind and gentle with her, and took great care of her. She didn't feel a thing and they ensured she was properly recovered after the procedure.
