I bought some tiles, adhesive etc from the Braintree store, the customer service was amazing. The staff know all their products and were so helpful to a novice like me! I bought the flute tiles in white, they look super. They have a matt finish and are a great size for my splash back. I've also used them in my ensuite, with the ribbed ones. Look great. Thank you, will definitely be back for my next project

Could do enough to help, Angie from the Worcester branch got everything sorted for my elderly parents wet room to suit their requirements.

Evening my own experience was i phone the branch on chref street Worcestershire lovely lady was very helpful full on phone and said can you back to the store so I did go into the store and there she was Angel Angie came up to be we spoke and so put me in the right choice of a tile I was looking for so I agreed with the choice and hopefully the delivery shell go well next week has they are a contractor waiting on delivery now shell keep Angie up dates thank you for the service of help you was very help full from the start of a phone call kind regards Mark Anthony Lloyd

I have been dealing with the Peterborough branch and I can't overstate just how helpful they have been. I did some tiling about 20 years ago but I needed a lot of advice and the ladies and gents in this store were fantastic.

Nasir was extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and this really came across throughout the whole process. He made placing my order very easy and took the time to help me choose the right tiles and grout, explaining the different options available so I could make the best choice. He was professional, friendly and approachable, and I felt very confident with the advice he gave me. The whole experience was straightforward and pleasant thanks to his excellent customer service.

Huge shout out to Martin from the Balham branch on Zennor Road, South London. I was a bit clueless and he was really brilliant, kind and patient helping me pick out the tiles I needed for a small area in my bathroom. And then offered excellent guidance when I had to pop back in again a couple of weeks later with some enquires about how to cut and fit them. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Exemplary customer service and aftercare, a real credit to the Topps Tiles brand. It goes a long way and I’ll definitely visit the store again for my kitchen tiles soon.

Visited Tops Tiles in Canterbury today and was wowed by the exceptional service l received from Steph. A very knowledgeable, friendly, interested and helpful person. She recommended matching grout/finishing rails to match my tiles. She worked out the amount of tiles needed quickly ( l was very impressed as took over an hour to measure!). Would highly recommend this Canterbury branch - and especially Steph!! 🇬🇧
