The boots are lovely and extremely comfortable. Delivery was super quick. I was let down by another company (paid for quick delivery for these boots and it was the opposite of quick). I wanted the boots for my weekend away. So, I cancelled my order and I ordered through Tower London on the Wednesday, emailed them to say that I needed them for the weekend and they arrived Friday morning. Can’t fault them. Really good to deal with.

Researched vegetable tanned leather shoes and found Kleman shoes from France. I love the design and price is acceptable. Tower London offered the shoes to a competitive rate. It was an easy ordering process and the shoes arrived within days. Great experience.

This business’s return policy is a joke. Not only they delivered items with imperfections, but they ask you for pictures and they say they will investigate before providing a return label. Ridiculous and ancient way of working. Good luck keeping customers.
