I got to pay a ticket from abroad with Collectia because I didn't pay it in time. That was last year. I didn't want to go any further, so I pay it in time to Collectia. Now I got the same ticket from another company. So why did I pay it in the first place? If it keeps coming every year.

They sent me a bill higher than the agreed upon in court, and now none of their phone numbers seem to exist when I call them. When I try to log in in their website, an error page appears. I have no way of contacting them now to sort this out.

Scammers who want you to get fined again and again
Scammers. their website does not work.
I tried to Email them, they dont respond.
I tried to call them, they wont respond or call back.
So they give you a bill and force you to chase them so the fines get higher and you get bent behind a crappy system.
Will be escalating these issues to the state as its abuse of their power at this point and corporate Neglect.
I sent 5 emails and called 3 times this week no response for a bill from 2 years ago its amazing.

I received a bill from Collectia purporting to indicate that I had overlooked five requests for payment from Fjellinjen in Norway and subsequently Collectia. When I wrote I had not received one single bill, Collectia insisted that I had received such bills in my E-Boks. I double checked and even made a search on my E-Boks and there was not one letter from Collectia as they claimed. Now I am not even able to make a reply to Collectia. Terrible, terrible customer service!

Double Charging Due to mitcollectia.dk Issues and Poor and Disrespectful Customer Service
I received an e-Boks letter to pay 200 DKK to DSB, but it did not include any information on why I had to pay this amount. The letter provided two ways to contact them: either by logging in with MitID at mitcollectia.dk or by calling 77407846. No other contact methods were mentioned in the letter or in the "Contact Us" section on mitcollectia.dk as they sated in main text the official letter.
I tried to log in multiple times with my MitID, but due to a problem on their end, I kept receiving an error message of “Something went wrong. Calls us and we will assist you ! 77 40 78 80”. Because of this, I couldn’t view my case details or see why I owed money to DSB or complain. I attempted to log in for several days, but I was at a conference in Taiwan, making it impossible to call them despite multiple attempts. I had no other option, so I took screenshots of the error messages, hoping they would understand the issue later as all others do. There were not any other alternative contact in that website they provided.
I believed I didn’t owe any money to DSB, as I checked my balance on their website and saw that the amount had already been deducted with my new card. However, they still wanted to charge me, and I wanted to file a complaint through the methods they provided—but this was impossible due to their website issues. I had no choice but to wait until I returned to Denmark.
While I was still abroad in Taiwan and later in Thailand before coming back to Denmark, I received another e-Boks letter, now with an additional fine of 500 DKK and 100 DKK! I was shocked and upset. I tried calling them again from Thailand in other ways with paying money, which cost me 600 DKK on my phone bill in Telia. After several attempts to ring their number with very long waiting time which cost me, I finally spoke with someone who acknowledged the website problem and texted me an email address to contact them while I was outside Denmark.
After speaking with them twice, they fully understood that, based on my bank records and balance, I didn’t owe anything to DSB. They attempted to contact DSB, but DSB couldn’t see my case, even though I had paid. I don’t know how they handle data transfer to DSB and communication. After four calls, one representative suggested bypassing DSB and removing the extra fines due to their website issue and just pay 200dkk. She advised me to write a formal message to resolve it. However, later they refused, saying they wouldn’t refer to the phone calls, only the written messages!!
They acknowledged that their website had issues displaying my information and detils and lacked proper contact information but insisted I had to pay the extra charges. It’s very disappointing that they are trying to charge me twice due to their own problem.
In my last call I tried explaining the situation for the fourth time, but they said they couldn’t change the decision. Although they acknowledged my issue they still required payment. I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager who could make a decision but the person abruptly ended the call, disrespectfully saying "Have a nice day" before hanging up and leaving me on hold to say anything more. I was shocked that they could end a call with a customer in such a disrespectful manner ignoring the issue and showing no willingness to resolve it. This is the first and worst experience I’ve ever had facing such disrespect as a customer and being charged twice due to their own issues and lack of information.

Collection firm from Hell.
I signed up for 4Him in January and initially had to wait more than a month to receive the first package.
I never received an invoice, so I was initially unable to pay for the package received.
Next thing I hear from the company is trough Collectia incasso that request the payment and added an additional 100DKK to the amount payable.
I pay same day I receive the request for payment - 18/3 - the original amount, payable to Collectia.
Next thing that happens is that Collectia threatens with going to court and have increased the amount payable to 700 DKK.
Upon contacting Collectia they accept receiving the payment I made on 18 / 3, but insists that I must pay 700 DKK.
This company doesn't listen to reason. They are even worse that the parking companies.

For 6 dkk of difference on one ticket paid late, they asked 806 dkk.
They told to have sent reminder by post , obviously is impossible to demonstrate that isn't true.

Fee to pay despite it was their client's mistake

This is a scam and you should be ashamed of your self.
Edit: As said in my emails, my bank did NOT cancel any payment and your customer agreed with me for receiving the missing months, but said that it's you deciding. You are shameless liars and scammers.

Bully company that is threatening with no legal basis.
Collectia keeps sending intimidation letters and acting like a thug without any actual relevant proof. They claim I need to pay for something that I never agreed or signed with a provider. When I ask for documentation, they keep writing standard messages of threats and attaching irrelevant documentation.
I do not understand how can someone claim money and intimidate without having a legal basis.
