**Cancelled during the free trial – still charged for 3 months and my business profile remains online**

I signed up for Treatwell to try their service but decided it wasn't for me. I cancelled during the free trial and received an email on 13 March confirming my account deletion request and stating that my account would be deleted within 7 days.

Despite this, Treatwell continued charging me £29.99 per month for another three months – a total of £89.97.

When I discovered the charges, I cancelled the Direct Debit and contacted Treatwell requesting a refund. I later submitted a formal complaint, but despite my attempts to resolve the issue, I have received no satisfactory response or refund from them.

What makes this even more frustrating is that my business profile has remained publicly visible on Treatwell, even though I no longer have access to my account to manage or remove it.

So I have been charged for a service I cancelled, my business information continues to be displayed without my ability to control it, and my requests to resolve the situation have gone unanswered.

As a small independent therapist, I find this extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

I am sharing my experience so that other small business owners can make an informed decision before signing up.

**My advice: be very cautious, keep written records of everything, and check your bank statements carefully. And be avare: they won't delete your profile from their page, if you cancel your profile. It will show your profile on their website, but your business is not available!!!**

I honestly can’t recommend this place enough! I’ve been coming here for around 2 years now for various skin and hair treatments. I have always been extremely happy with both the results and the overall experience.

The team are incredibly professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. They always make me feel comfortable, listen to what I want and take the time to make sure everything is done to the highest standard.

I actually travel around 2 hours each way just to have my treatments done here, which says everything about the level of trust I have in them. I wouldn’t keep travelling that distance if I wasn’t genuinely happy with their service and results!

If you’re looking for a clinic that genuinely cares about its clients and delivers great results, I’d definitely recommend giving them a visit. For me, the quality, service and trust make the journey absolutely worth it. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! 👏❤️

I had a wash, cut and blow-dry with Samantha and couldn't be happier. From the moment I sat down, she made me feel welcome and took the time to understand what I wanted. The wash was so relaxing, the cut is neat and suits me perfectly, and the blow-dry left my hair looking smooth, full and glossy. You can tell she really cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Great value and a lovely atmosphere. I've already booked my next appointment for my daughter the same day! 🤩

I've been having post-surgery lymphatic drainage treatments with Luisa for the past month, following my facelift surgery.

My recovery wasn't easy as I had some complications, and when I first came to Luisa, my face was very swollen and uncomfortable.

Today was my seventh session, and I'm so happy with how much I've improved. The swelling has reduced so much, and I can really see and feel the difference.

Luisa has been absolutely lovely throughout my recovery. She's very caring, gentle, patient and always makes sure I'm comfortable. I feel very well looked after, and I'm so grateful for all her care and attention.

I'm definitely going to continue my treatments with her, and I've already recommended her to other people.

i absolutely hate this company. they took a £45 commission from me for a £110 booking. they claim they only take 35% for a first-time booking (which is already disgusting), but then they add 20% VAT on top, making the total commission in fact 42%.

i do not advise using their services. even if you got 50 new clients from them every month, you would be handing them over £16,000 every year, of money you worked hard to earn for yourself, and presumably need in order to pay rent or eat food. honestly so disgusting, i've closed my account. i can't believe people still use them.

What can I say, but ‘wow, I am impressed with the Treatwell Team!’ Raymond is my Treatwell coach, as I like to call him, lol. I was nervous about starting this process, but his support has been amazing-he is always supportive, clear with instructions, and encouraging when needed.
His confident and calming tone offered reassurance all the way.
Raymond was able to answer any question all the questions I had. Over all an excellent service, I would offer treatwell to anybody.

I have been to Organika 3 times and every time I leave feeling so relaxed. The people are so friendly. The place is calm and lovely tea after the massage. This is the best massage I've had and would highly recommend.
