This is a great company to get contacts from..I have ordered 3 times from the site all 3 times no issues with the contacts good quality and comfortable...sometimes shipping does take a little longer then expected but the wait is well worth it 10 pairs of contacts for 50 buck no one can beat tht price.. Make sure u look at the size of the contact as they are all different sizes

I placed and order 19 days ago and once it arrived I realized on the package that they were too big so I immediately emailed them for a return address so I can ship them back and get a refund and they have yet to reply to me. I have emailed them about 6 times now so do with this information what you will.

All around great experience with Twinklens! Incredible product, price, customer service and delivery speed. I purchased the three-tone contacts from Twinklens. They are so beautiful. I had an issue with my delivery address as I had just moved. I emailed Twinklens. They gave me a refund without any additional contact. Best refund process ever. I was delighted when I received, my lens. They look so natural. I was with my family last night and no one noticed. But, they will. I purchased 3 colors and I have another 3 colors being delivered today. I recommend this company and their products to anyone. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

I ordered 4 pairs of contacts for Halloween because they had a code for 35% off the whole order. The shipping was super fast and arrived in just a few days. Unfortunately I did not find the contacts to be good quality. One pair had damage to both lenses, another pair I was sent the wrong color and they were SO itchy and uncomfortable compared to another brand I’ve tried. The full scleras I ordered did not fit my eyes at all. Overall, even the lenses that fit my eyes and weren’t damaged were so uncomfortable that I could never see myself wearing them for more than a couple of minutes. I have other colored contacts that I can wear for hours with no issues.

However, the customer support was really great. I messaged support at midnight Pacific time, and they immediately responded (which I was not expecting since it was so late) and sent me a full refund for my order. I had ordered from them specifically because of their try on guarantee, but I wasn’t sure if they would refund my entire order. I was so happy that they did since I will likely not ever be able to use any of the contacts.

Great customer service, legit business, fast shipping, not the best quality lenses but they may work for some people.

I ordered a black out sclera and blind white outs. I was thrilled to get them and was so happy it came with things like contact holders and other stuff to help get them in and out. However my eyes are not the correct size for majority of the population. I sent a message and they gave me half a refund. I can’t send them back because they have been in my eyes. Well I ordered mini scleras in place of them and I LOVE them, actually obsessed.
And yes blind out contacts actually make you blind. Unless you have a guide do not walk with them. Recommended for making content/sitting. Will come back again.

I ordered some lenses for Halloween. The tracking number they gave me never connected to a shipped order, and they never showed up. When I contacted customer service they were AI responses that did not address my concern at all. And they stopped replying to me when I asked for a refund. This website is a scam, do not buy from here!

I have had a great experience with this contact company. I’ve never had an issue with my contacts. The shipping has always been in a timely matter and well packaged. I’ve spoken to a few reps and they are always knowledgeable, kind and quick to respond. Their contacts are safe and comfortable to wear, and they have such a large amazing categories to meet the needs for anyone.

I ordered these a while ago 4 contacts but it said it was delivered but I never saw a package at my door I’ve tried reaching out to them to see if they can do anything about it since ups was the ones that delivered it but never got a response at all both them and ups is useless

I had the contacts I recently bought stolen out of my car. Customer service has generally been very efficient and helpful. The contacts are good quality, generally long lasting (i didnt have them very long) and didn’t irritate my eyes. I also appreciate actually being able to utilize their coupon codes, makes me much more likely to buy.

I have ordered from Twinklens 3 times and utilized their special for B3G3 (Buy 3, Get 3 Free) each time. For someone who isn't very keen about touching my eyeball or getting something relatively close to it, these contacts went in very easily. I have 4 c tact kits, the original oval shape that is sent and I bought a clear one so I can see what contact is in the box. If you're ordering outside the US, it'll roughly take 9-14 business days. I live in Florida so it takes 10 business days. Ordering within the States, I receive my order in 3 business days. I wish this company would expand to an app. Definitely vist their site and have a look around. The quality of their contacts are amazing. They provide photos of the lens detail as is and on a model.
