Marketing is the only thing they do. Crap product. I needed a presentation made, that's it. Instead the features weren't any better than Powerpoint Designer. Sign up process - WATCH OUT! They upsell on 3-4 screens and good luck finding the "No, I don't want to buy extra junk" button. And if you sign up for monthly, and use for 1 day, they charge for ENTIRE MONTH! SCAM! Stay Away!

Horrible horrible app. Had no memory giving my details yet somehow they took my money. And there’s no way to cancel it!!! Had to freeze my card.

I fell for their dumb ads thinking this could be a useful tool but it is very bare bones and lacking features and functionality to actually be useful especially for things it advertises itself as. What's worse is they try to make it as difficult as possible to cancel or get a refund. Huge red flag.

The website is absolutely trash!!!! Do not sign up! They will be off the market very very soon. It’s not worth it all!! What ever you do don’t pay for anything. I signed up with them they kept going back and for for about 4 hours of how they couldn’t see my payment amount.

NOPE!!!!! So Wonky and awful accomplishes little to nothing. meh on the best portions of creating .pdf brochures but it is SOOOOOOOOO ANTI USER with its fake AI etc. RUN AWAY

Very limited utility and then when I cancelled my account before the billing date the subsequently sent me 3 emails stating that they attempted to direct debit the $199 USD but were unsuccessful. Luckily I had moved money out of the account they were debiting before they went ahead and debited the money.
I have emailed their support team 3 times and received no response as yet.
I would strongly discourage from any purchasing or free trial.

TOTAL SCAM! This AI application is absolutely awful. It doesn't do anything promised. It's not useful. It' 1,000 times easier to do create a word document then it is to use this product. They also have no easy point of contact if you really need help. Just run away from this company. I had my account for a few hours, realized what a scam it was and cancled. RUN, RUN, RUN FAR AWAY.

Most fraud company I ever seen, I've signed up for a monthly plan, and was was charged $1500 and they tried to take more. please avoid this company

DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!! This company is a scam. Please do not fall for it and I should’ve known better when I went on this app trying to use it and the person who designed it is selling courses , you ask for a refund they will literally not give it to you, will have to dispute it with your bank, and that will take a very long time. They will not respond to your emails. This company is horrible and a scam do not fall for it.

Purchased this and could not even sign in. Contacted support and it has been 5 days. Nothing… Have not heard back. will be contacting my CC company and disputing it.

I would not recommend it. Their paid features are incredibly buggy and nothing that their regular "free" package doesn't offer. Their customer assistance is awful. They don't offer refunds if you forget to cancel the renewal, even within a day or two.

Buggy, low-quality garbage! It's totally useless! Do not repeat your mistake! I accidentally opted for the yearly subscription instead of the monthly one, and they refused to cancel it and refund me.

This is the brain child of SamCart CEO, and he says he spend millions of dollars on purchasing the proprietary tech and $$ into upgrading it. He touts it as a cross between Canva and ChatGPT. It’s neither. It’s an upgraded version of the most recent update to Microsoft PowerPoint. The UX is horrendous. The tool is not easy to use. The help section doesn’t have what you’re looking for, and the tool does nothing near what it’s sold to do. It doesn’t make content creation easier. It complicates it, and prolongs the process. They offer a money back guarantee within 30 days, so be sure to take advantage of this. I canceled and asked for a refund within two hours. Do not purchase!

I just had to cancel my card to stop these fraudsters from taking a payment!

Like many other reviews, I cancelled before the end of the free trial, as it was useless! Despite this, and also despite instructing typeset to remove my details from their system, they have continuously made attempts to take payments from my account.

For anyone that's interested, you can find the company directors etc on LinkedIn. I'm just about to blow their world apart and publish the profiles of said directors on a LinkedIn post, along with their email addresses and contact numbers. 🫢

Fraudulent charge. I canceled the membership and these jerks still charged me. These AI apps that are popping up are little more than an affront to scam people. Spoiler alert - the app is TERRIBLE. Not worth losing any memory on your phone. These fake and flakey company is just a scam. DO NOT USE THIS CRAP!! They are THIEVES!!!

Products are broken. Customer service does not respond. Don't waste your time and money. I would be surprised if this company disappear soon.... Don't go down with them

If zero stars was an option I’d give it. I did the trail and the website interface is horrible. PPTs come out genero which you can do for free in MFT by hitting “design” button on upper right. If you don’t know PPT you won’t figure this out and if you know PPT the MSft design is way better!
Tried to contact support sent cancel emails and they continued to charge me!! Service is awful and they are rude. The last thing you can do is “Trust” this awful scam company. Use Fiiver they’ll do better and cheaper.

Wow if only I'd of read the reviews before paying so much money to CreatorU and Typeset! Im furious and have also been denied a refund for this poor poor software. It can't do anything it claims. Stick to Canva and other credible platforms that don't cost extortionate amounts! Seems like they are just scammers !!!
