Useless portal for CL final tickets. Not only are the prices are way over the top for this competition, similar to the world cup, but the queue system is similar to ticketmaster and is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.

I have high frequency hearing loss and Chronic Tinnitus almost every away Champions league match I watch in silence due to the continued DRUMMING BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM its like trying to watch tv with a neighbour hitting the wall with 20 hammers Uefa completely disregard my and thousands of others hearing disability and do not care about other fans ear damage 😢 just want to watch a match with normal sound

My husband completed his uefa c. He did this to help my son. His tutor has confirmed he passed. He has worked hard. He invested over £500 in this course personally and he cannot get that money back from our local football club until he has his certificate.
His tutor has confirmed he has passed but “it is now out of his hands”
There is no one to ring, no email that will respond, they don’t respond to his twitter massages. He has now resorted to writing a letter in the post.

This is wrong on every scale. All he wants is his qualification certificate which he deserves.

The organisation is terrible. They take your money and that is it. The communication is literally non existed. We thought that they were an educational establishment with good objectives.

Unfortunately if he doesn’t receive his certificate we will have to go through the small claims. We do not know what else to do.

Absolutely corrupt, inept, incongruous organisation. I am not a Crystal Palace supporter, but thanks to UEFA, sport has LOST. Crystal Palace earned the right to play in the Europa League, but they have been robbed by this incompetent organisation. Liars!!!! Bought tickets for June 15th game in USA through Stubhub...Bought plain tickets booked hotel and went to Berlin for nothing!!! Bought tickets in March received emai fron UEFA May 17 to download app and tickets will be available June 12!!! June 15 went to Olympiastadion Berlin and talked to UEFA people they didn't have any info about the tickets!!! They were so rude and didn't try to help at all!!! Went all the way from Florida to Berlin for nothing!!! Game was surprise for my son and it was so painful to see his sad face...SCAM!!! LIARS!!!!

I placed the order last Sunday and the website told me that the order will be delivered on Friday 07/19/24 Today is 07/19 and I received the email from you telling me that my order has been shipped today after a week, I can't understand that you have such big faces and shamelessly deceive customers…! I am very disappointed with the Rubbish service you have, of course I will never ever buy from you, I will leave feedback in all possible places saying what liars you are on all networks, Facebook, Instagram, Trustpilot etc.

I had my belongings stolen from bag drop 2 at the England semi finals in Brussia Dortmund. Despite daily efforts I have been ignored and fobbed off. Interestingly the same things has happened to others. One guy even caught the bag handler wearing his stolen item! The stadium SIGNAL IDUNA PARK seem to take no responsibility and are blaming UEFA EURO 2024. Can I have my belongings back please as lost and found (not their my item was lost it was placed in good faith in a bag drop) do no have my items. I still have my ticket. If any one else has had this issue please contact me as I have had a journalist reach out after seeing the volume of complaints on another page. You must be willing to share your contact details 🙌

Staff at the bag drop should be held accountable and not walking around wearing stolen goods.

Whaooo, that was the fakest penalty I ever seen.
How come that a referee that has been taken bribes before was allowed to be in a big competition like the Euros?

The other thing is, how come England, Wales, and Scotland are allowed to play as different Countries as they are not?
All of them only have one United Kingdon passport and not a Scottish passport as they don't exist.

UEFA is an absolute joke. Its punishments and suspensions are all religiously culturally motivated.
They are a racist organisation to the Muslim players and country’s.
What they did to Turkiye player Merih Demiral is a shame on the sport.

Uefa it’s not what it used to be 20 to 30 years ago, now it’s so easy for a team to bribe the reffery and there is no consecuence for doing it, it doesn’t matter if your from Africa America or Asia, you can still play in the champions league, where only Europeans should play

Absolute joke of a shop items arrived after two weeks. Returned one item and still after waiting 2 weeks they have not refunded. The customer service team ask the same questions for references even when you put them in the email. I’ll never order a single thing from this website again as now i am out of pocket and they couldnt care less either

Make it near impossible to resell tickets, not customer service, no help, nothing. Website is awful, FAQs reveal nothing about selling, email link leads to no where.

They have control of the tickets, sale & resale. Dodgy business.

This shouldn’t even be one star. They scammed me of a £100 order. Every time I try to complain I get the same bot telling me to wait for my order. What kind of company preys on sick people in pain
