It is disappointing that their service doesn't meet expectation - we expect an excellent customer service from a Japanese company but...
Their delivery is somewhat slow - sure, it's been dispatched within 5 working days as they say but this makes the date of delivery up to about 2 weeks after ordering.
When I ordered food, it was quick, it arrived 2 days after the order. But the retort curries had only 2 months shelf life! I am sure it is not only me who would want a retort curry for emergency (near future) use? Of course, they sent the food that is still ok to eat but I just think they lack consideration towards the consumer. Now I have to eat these in a hurry.
Their products are really good, so it is a shame that their online store service is worse than many companies.
