I’ve been using UK stair parts for a number of years now and can’t fault the products and the service. Fast reliable and knowledgeable. I’m a director of a carpentry business and can’t fault the quality of parts. Superb and will continue using.

Excellent quality Stairparts, just completed a staircase for my customers and they are delighted with the results, the finish of the Stairparts is second to non, lovely finish and look great, this is important for my joinery business and really helps when you can rely on quality and reliable services , I would certainly use UKstairparts for future projects

great service, fantastic products

When placing my order I requested urgent delivery. In order to ensure the goods were dispatched asap one of the managers personally drove them to the courier depot. Sadly the courier (DX) then badly let down Stairparts, firstly by missing the promised delivery date and then only delivering 3out of 4 packages. The fourth one turned up 4 days late. Throughout the frustrating delays Stairparts were doing everything they could to chase the courier and ensured I was kept fully informed throughout. The delays were entirely down to the courier. I couldn’t have asked for more from Stairparts as they tried to fix the problem.
When the goods did finally arrive ( oak spindles, rails and newel posts) I was extremely happy with their quality.

Forgot to order a down ramp with the main order. It was put on overnight the next day and protect completed as planned. Very helpful on phone when choosing components. Ki i

Swift and polite service, and very quick to remedy my mistake on an order.
Products arrived in good time and finish our DIY project off nicely.
