Been using vantage markets for approximately 5 years, and the service has always been exceptional. I changed phones and needed to reset my 2FA, and it was a pretty easyand quick process.

Vantage is taking about 25% commission on my account daily!!! They state they charge $0.06 per 0.01 lot layer but I am being charged $0.41 per 0.01!! Ridiculous!!! Nobody is helping it’s been 4 days!!

Update: During my 10th conversation with customer service who have ”been escalating” for for days they tell me they can’t give me my account managers email because they don’t have it?

My account has been frozen I sent proof of card funds address to
Sylvia Yin (Vantage) I am fully verified and trading with prop firms and cfd 8 years this company was recommended to my fiancé and I and So far experience not great lodged in 700 usd and account hit 3k all clean trades nothing spectatcular and they have frozen my account with a 3400 USD balance for supposed suspicious trading activities the suspicion is I have never had a ccount frozen that is in or out of profit untill now I recommend you stay with PU prime 5 years no issues I switched to take advantage of this companys reputation but it seems it is not willing to support profitable trades instead lock their money and freezefor days with no updates ? hopefully this is corrected but so far no Joy Sophie CB

It's a scam, they don't pay and would only lock your account once you deposit. My experience with them was so bad and I regret. I am now with #Vine# Hash# everything about them are excellent and my payouts has been timely and steady.

My trading account with Vantage Markets has been suspended since July 13, 2026. I was informed that a review of a mere 90 closed transactions is ongoing, yet weeks have passed without a single clear update or resolution.

Currently, I am completely blocked from trading, and more importantly, I am unable to access or withdraw my own funds. Taking several weeks to review only 90 trades while keeping a client's capital frozen with zero transparency is an unacceptable practice for any regulated broker.

I demand the immediate completion of this review, the unfreezing of my account, and the approval of my withdrawal request without further delay.
