Where to start? Dealing with this company was such a nice experience. Professional, quick and super customer focused. I was travelling through France and staying in Lyon only for 2 days. I thus had to be sure that my bike go delivered at exactly the right time. What I didn't take into account is that black friday was right in the middle of me trying to buy a bike the 'normal' way. Even throughout this craziness Marie was still able to get me my original bike I had my eye on and had it delivered on time. Packed professionally exactly as ordered. I wish all online companies could be this way. Bravo et merci beaucoup!
