Absurd pricing on some items, very slow (albeit adequate quality) customer service replies. And to top it off, fake420 discounts! I have mixed feelings about this store.

Friendly on the phone, quick and professional with billing and refunds. Never received bad merchandise; much of their inventory is the cheapest or the only option available in Germany. The webshop could use a facelift, but it is serviceable and responsive.

My favorite vaporizer seller in Berlin. Good service, friendly stuff at the head-shop, tasteful choice of models.

We were looking for De Verdamper Deluxe for ages after having one for years we thought it was time to get another one. After talking directly with verdampftnochmal through instagram they were able to source a full kit and send it through the post with very quick turn around. They were very helpful as I made quite a lot of mishaps during the process but they quickly acted and made sure to get me exactly what I wanted.

Good products and a nice website, but the ordering process and packaging-part really needs some TLC.

I bought 2 products, went through the payment process and then waited and after 4 days I had still not received any tracking (even though the money had been drawn from my account which is only meant to happen after they actually send the products out and not before).
I contacted them and got told “something went wrong” so I had to manually send them another mail telling them what I actuall bought(and already paid for) so they could send it out.

If I had forgot about ordering it nothing would have happened and the money would have been lost.

I just received the package - 1 item was correct (at least it’s the one I really needed) but the other was missed and some spare glass part for a bong was included instead.

I’m just gonna leave it as it is, as I have not got the patience to go through with a claim for a 7 euro item.

Came across this store via their website whilst looking for a particular atomiser component not readily available in my country (within EU however). Very professional layout, and with promise of 2 day delivery to another European country close by, decided to both purchase the item and the DHL Express (EU) option. Although almost identical in price to the item itself (circa 45 - 50 euro, item weight: estimate 150g total?) I required speedy delivery, so entrusted this to the company. Indeed DHL Express EU was listed on my invoice and I was charged for the same. After checking "track and trace" and seeing an expected delivery date of 31st Oct, I enquired with DHL directly. Surely 22 + (2 to 4 days max) doesn't equal 24.10.2024 to 26.10.2024?
Apparently so. Company had paid for economy shipping but had listed and charged for Express. The price difference is appreciable (approx 30 euro). Although a mistake, I had to do the ground work to investigate the delay. One email replied to, in which the difference between payment types would be refunded. That's the bare minimum I'd expect. The story gets even more frustrating when I realise, the eve before delivery, the parcel is, inexplicably in Switzerland. No rationale or reason given. Needless to say, if you're getting anything shipped outside of Germany, consider other options. I'm sure the staff are competent, passion people,.however my purchase issues don't bother them apparently. Ordered based on search engine result and trust pilot score, but in my case they didn't merit anything above 2 out of 5 stars.

They overcharge you for shipping costs and lie about the method used. They use normal post and claim that it's a "premium" service. The delivery method is slower than their competitors' free shipping. Avoid at all cost!

Offering bloated and overpriced products. Deleting user reviews. Getting snarky with customers for pointing that out. As a reseller they are not interested in an opinion that products offered in their shop are bad. Avoid!

Received a broken Arizer mouthpiece when ordering a brand new unit, the only thing Verdampftnochmal offered was a compensation of 10€, not enough to cover a new mouthpiece and the shipping. I bought a new device from them where I received broken parts, in my opinion they should have just sent out a new mouthpiece. Will never buy from Verdampftnochmal after this.

Keine gute Idee, Menschen nicht eintreten zu lassen, wenn sie klingeln. Heute habe ich vier Mal geklingelt, ich sah Leute drin und kam keine Reaktion. Ich wohne ca. 15 km entfernt und habe 2 Stunden hin und her verloren, um nicht reinzukommen. So geht kein Geschäft, absolute Frechheit!
Not a good idea not to let people enter when they ring the bell. Today I rang four times, I saw people inside and no response. I live about 15 km away and lost 2 hours back and forth not to get in. This is no way to do business, absolute cheek!
