My experience with Visible has been excellent overall. The pricing is very affordable, and the service has been consistently reliable, which makes it a great value. The only issue I’ve encountered is occasional trouble logging into the app, which can be a bit frustrating. Aside from that, I’m very satisfied with the service and would recommend it to others looking for a budget-friendly option.

Switching from T mobile to visible was a great decision. I'm paying half the price for the same service. I've had no issues so far

Everything so far is perfect just service goes down in certain areas where I see other people still have service so let’s try to make it a wider stronger connection

I signed up at the beginning of the year because of the $10 a month deal. You did not give me that deal and I’m extremely unhappy about it! It was a flat out lie and dubious business practices! I attempted to contact you several different ways with no response. I now tell everyone I know to stay far away from visible. As soon as I find another company that I’m comfortable with, I’m leaving you! No response to any emails I send. Your automated chat is a joke! It is zero help! But I’m sure you know that. You guys totally lied to me and did not give me the $10 a month deal for the first year! Horrible customer service! Words can’t express how disappointed I am with your company and I let everyone know every opportunity I get!

They made it very easy to sign up and get my service started. They also shipped me the phone very quickly. However, I traded in my phone and I never received the rebate gift card. I have tried to contact the company and cannot find any phone number or email in order to do so. They are impossible to contact.

The price is wonderful. I was a Verizon customer for over 29 years and was not given any breaks on cost. The only thing I was not happy about is that I was understanding that this would cost even less only to find out that because I was from Verizon I didn't get the extra discount for 5 years. It was no place I could find in the explanation of this.

Easy and seamless switch from previous carrier. Excellent cell service all over the US and several international locations so far. You cannot beat the service, speeds and unlimited data on Visible+ Pro. Never looking back! This is the way.

I havent experienced any issues or interruptions. My service now feels exactly the same as it did with my old verizon account, but 10% the cost. $25 prepay, and I have unlimited data, texting, wifi hotspot all month. Operates on Verizon towers, so same service quality and coverage.

They disclose you'll experience lag in high traffic areas like airports due to lower priority, but i always did anyway, so no noticeable change.

Family plans arent necessary because each line is so cheap anyway. 100% worth it.

Love the service plan it's a great price and the cell phone service is awesome I would recommend this phone service to anyone

My connection is often fuzzy and cuts out during the first 30 seconds of all calls. Then, after the 30 seconds, the call seems to stabilize, but will have occasional cut-outs.
