They have not kept their promise
What can I say about this company but what I can say about this company is that they find the littlest things to reject the videos that you send in and it can be something like saying they can't see your face or it's too dark when you are an African American as if to say I'm too black to see my face well I once again get a project for them this project was for African-Americans and an involved facial moisturizer I went to the store to complete this project the first video I sent them they said I did not fully answer the question which I did but I figured I'm not going to do anymore of this project well they kept the question up and kept letting me know that I had a question but I was not going to respond until they sent me notification stating that if I completed the remainder of the project they would still give me my incentive for $15 you get paid the dollar per video plus if you completed that you got a special incentivals I completed the project today but I did not receive my $15 and when I sent in support tickets no one has contacted me back not only have I sent them support tickets I tried to contact them through their app and for some reason I cannot access the part to send them a inquiry as to where the rest of my incentive is so I went to the website and sent them and for real also I looked up the responses that they had sent me and I replied to one of them with an inquiry asking them when I would receive my additional $15 but I have yet to hear from them so they are another company that's not keep their promises and this has to stop I left my home to go to the store to complete this project which I did accurately and to the best of my satisfaction I got paid for every video but I did not receive my special incentives so I'm going to say do not use them because they do not pay up and the event that they do pay up I will come back to this site and I will let you guys know that it has been taken care of.
