Ordered a Tissot PRX 80 and next day delivery for my son’s Birthday this week. Unfortunately they sent me the wrong watch and now I have to send the watch back and wait upto 14 days for an investigation.

I can’t explain how annoyed I feel.

Bought a watch from them, never again. Watch stopped working after 10 months, sent it back to get it sorted by the watch shop. They state that the watch is faulty but it is nothing to do with them. They will not repair, replace or refund. You take a big chance shopping with them. Would not recommend.

Returned a watch as requested because the back fell off after 9 months to be told it was normal wear and tear. If that’s the case very poor quality watches being sold.

Very poor experience. I’ve place an order and paid for a next day delivery. I specifically requested a London delivery address for me to collect from - and guess what??? Evri the courier has just told me they are delivering my gifts for a wedding to a random post office in Inverness?! Are you serious?! There is no way I can collect it in time, there is no means of contact?! How do I even start talking about the pathetic level of incompetence here. I want a full refund.

I used to love Watch shop, they were the go to for quality brands like Victorinox, Hamilton, Luminox. Now apart from Seiko, Tissot, Rotary, Casio of which they still have plenty. Victorinox, Citizen, Bulova, Luminox they only have 1-2 watches, Hamilton they don't stock anymore. Literally 90% of their brand range is all tacky, teenage & rubbish fashion brands like Aston Martin, Armani, Tommy Hilfiger, Vivienne Westwood, Gucci and the list goes on Watch shop has become tack watch shop. Full of absolute garbage.

I ordered a watch with next-day delivery. The next day, I received an email saying the driver couldn’t access my address to deliver the package and that it was returned. They lied without any shame. I was home all day, no one came, and the address is very easy to access. You’re very disrespectful.

SCAM COMPANY BEWARE - If I could put a minus I would. Ordered a bracelet received and empty pouch no item at all. Contacted the company who did investigations ! And apparently they sent it well I have any empty pouch - there tone seem to imply I was lying !! So if you want to purchase nothing this is the company to go to!!!!!!!

Never received the two watches I ordered for myself and my son. They kept going back and forth for more than six weeks saying its delivered when there was no evidence and in the end the couldn't be bothered so they replied its past the 28 days for refunds. Avoid at all costs poor customer service and I was robbed of £115.

For me Watchshop ruined my father’s 70th birthday celebrations and I wasted celebrating my dad’s birthday waiting in my house for a watch that in my opinion wasn’t shipped by Watchshop in the 1st place.

Placed order for watch, I paid £7.99 for next day delivery, delivery never happened, no reason provided by the company after two emails to them. Tracker then advised next working day delivery which would be Monday, still no delivery, tracker then stated Tuesday, still no watch Tuesday (today)
God only knows if the watch will turn up tomorrow!!

I requested a full refund of delivery cost and requested compensation , I was told no compensation by a Cservice advisor and I could get a e-voucher. I made it clear I wasn’t using this company again, then they offered me 10% off my next order and free delivery, clearly this individual just wasn’t listening.

I have been advised now that my delivery charge will be refunded in 5-10 working days.

Stay away from these cowboys folks !!

I purchased a Ted Baker watch as a Christmas gift, but it arrived faulty. The retailer agreed to provide a free returns label and assess it, and I made it clear that I wanted a replacement, not a refund. They confirmed that once the return was reviewed, they would send a new watch. During this time, the item continued to show as “in stock” on their website.

However, once they received the return, they refunded me instead of replacing it. This was disappointing, as I had bought the watch during a Black Friday promotion and risked losing the discount. When I queried the refund, I was told the item was out of stock, despite it still being listed as available online.

I later purchased the same watch from another retailer, who appears to use the same warehouse, as I received what turned out to be the exact same watch again. This suggests the company put the faulty watch back into circulation. It raises concerns about whether this could be an ongoing cycle.

My main issue with the original retailer was their unwillingness to offer any alternative solution to ensure I could still receive the watch I had purchased, whether through a replacement, a repair under warranty, or another option. The item was effectively falsely advertised as “in stock,” and they failed to communicate that it was unavailable. Had I been informed, I would have kept the faulty watch, arranged a repair myself, and sought compensation.

Purchased 2 watches from this company 3 months apart, Emails saying delivered. NOT TRUE. this company is a scam Takes your money, & does not deliver. They will not give you and answer to your question even in the event of you getting a reply to your Emails.
Save your money and find another company these are useless. Mike Doyle.

I bought a watch in June 24, it had a little hair or string in it and I said I want to return this. They emailed back asking if I want a replacement and I said yes, which bounced back as undelivered. They have no contact number, I emailed another 3 or so times and they all bounced back. They're a total scam. That little piece of string is now stuck in the watch hands, which are no longer moving. You're better off spending your money elsewhere.

Do not buy.
My daughter’s watch broke.
Sent it back September 2024, heard absolutely nothing.
No phone number, no reply to form.
So many attempts.
No watch and she’s lost nearly £200.
Disgraceful.

Well, i ordered from this online store without even thinking to check what people say about it. When i decided to go on google to verify peoples thoughts, and i saw so many 1 star reviews, my jaw droped. Trying to find last good review it took me back in 2024. Nothing from then till today (13.08.2025) was "green" all "red" 1 star. Honestly i thought i lost my money. But, i got my parcel over night. Box was wraped with boblewrap around, in a big plastic bag. Because i knew what to expect , i was thinking that my watch or not inside or are damged or fake. Well, one thing i can say , that this watches was somwhere in the shop, or someone returned them. They got all protection foils on, labels and even documentation( like a small book). I got myself an Emporio Armani watch, it was a small label with an qr code to scan to verify if watches are not fake. Thanks God they are real. I went even on Armani official website and done the same thing so i can say at least they are real. I dont know what to say. Yes, this is a stupid way to by such things. When you can go to your local high street and buy it face to face. I guess the price. That was my first and last time when i buy from this store. One more thing, no warranty whatsoever. So. I hope my watches will work fine, because looks like its a dead end when you trying to return or exchenge something. Be careful when ordering. Dont buy anything above 100£ or, make sure you are ready to say goodby to your money.

Parcel arrived, by Evri courier, torn open on the underside. The bracelet box was inside, but it was empty! Customer service of Watchshop is horrendous, long story short £48 worth of birthday gift - gone. Clearly an Evri issue but Watchshop bots/chat refuse to do anything, and it’s impossible to talk to a human. I wish I’d seen these reviews before I ordered from them. Don’t bother!

feels like its made deliberately difficult just to put people off sending things back, even when the items are clearly faulty and not up to standard.

No option to leave no stars as a rating. Do not order from this website even if it’s not an expensive watch. Ordered a watch for my wife’s birthday present, package arrived all sealed, box inside with watch instructions but no watch, they then say it may be the couriers fault. Have used the online chat option to try to resolve the issue, I won’t hold my breath after reading the other reviews.
After paying money for a product and not receiving said product it looks as though this may have to go through a legal claim.
