I got honest and straightforward advice. I was told going through small claims would have not been fruitful for me. I had previously been trying to get quotes to send off to claim. However it was explained to me in a simple straightforward way what the process would be to save the hassle and paint it myself as the damage hadn't impacted the plaster board. I wanted to thank Tanbir for his friendly and honest approach.

I am very happy with the work carried out on my flat following a flood in the bathroom, and I would highly recommend Zoran from the Works Team and Tom the surveyor from AllPropertyClaims.
From the very beginning, Zoran was incredibly helpful, professional and easy to reach. He was understanding and accommodating throughout the process of organising the works, always taking the time to listen to my concerns and work around my needs. His communication and approach made what could have been a very stressful situation much easier.
Tom is an experienced and knowledgeable surveyor who knows exactly how to deal with insurers and their loss adjusters - and, importantly, even when dealing with the less straightforward ones! His expertise was invaluable in ensuring that the necessary works were properly assessed and carried out.
The quality of the work has been excellent. The wooden flooring throughout the flat was replaced, the bathroom tiles were renewed, and the damaged cardboard wall was replaced. The flat is a luxurious new-build property with high standards, so I was understandably concerned that the repairs might not match the original finish. Thankfully, the result looks great and the quality of the work has met those high expectations.
I am very pleased with the final result and grateful to both Zoran and Tom for their professionalism, expertise and support throughout the whole process. A huge thank you to both of them - I would happily recommend their services.

Leak from our shower in the loft conversion, ended up damaging the ceiling below – started off minor but quickly became a bigger issue.
Contacted Water Damage Repairs and they were quick to respond and knew exactly what they were doing. They found the cause straight away and handled everything from there.
Big help was them dealing with the insurance side – took a lot of stress off as we didn’t really know where to start.
Work was done to a high standard and all left clean and tidy. You wouldn’t know there had been any damage.
Overall, just a smooth, hassle-free experience. Would recommend.
