I have now purchased two batteries for my golf carts and although I had a issue with one battery I contacted watts cycle and the quickly talked me thru what to do, I am really impressed with the products and the service I have received.

I had a problem with one of my batteries. Mihel went far above and beyond to make sure that my problem was solved. Outstanding customer service! Hopefully, I never have another problem. If I do, I only hope to get Mihel again. Thanks for all the help and support 😊

Mihel of their customer service team was exceptional at providing timely feedback on my warranty claim. His feedback was always very prompt. In the end they could not supply a replacement of the size I required before my next caravan trip, so a full refund was offered.
I wish he could run training for my caravan customer service team which is woeful. He deserves more than 5 stars!

The Wattcycle 12V 628Ah battery is absolutely fantastic. Performance has been flawless, and it’s clear the product is built with quality in mind. Unfortunately, the shipping process through FedEx was not handled with the same level of care. The battery arrived with a slightly damaged corner, clearly the result of being dropped or mishandled during transit. The packaging from Wattcycle was very good, but it simply couldn’t withstand the abuse from FedEx.

I was concerned about possible internal damage, so I reached out to Wattcycle customer support. Talia responded to my emails quickly, professionally, and with genuine concern. The support team guided me through the entire process and made sure I felt confident about the condition of the battery. She replied to every email quickly and made the whole situation stress‑free. Her professionalism and kindness really stood out, and she deserves a lot of praise. Wattcycle Customer Support was exceptional and deserves recognition.

Despite the shipping issues, I’m extremely happy with the product and the customer service. I would absolutely buy from Wattcycle again. My only wish is that they consider using a different shipping company, as nearly every FedEx package we receive arrives damaged.

My emails and request for delivery 1 week later was done with no problem. I purchased 4 Lithium batteries that be used on my boat.
Next post will be my install.

I purchased 12 100ah LiFePO4EV Grade A cells. I first reached out to confirm that there were actually 12 cells as Watt cycle was only charging $17.99 per cell. Jennifer at watt cycle confirmed that I would get all 12 which I did. They did come one a battery housing which needed to be removed and 8 of the cells looked brand new and were at 3.2 volts which is the typical voltage of new LiFePO4 shipped new from the factory. The other four were all the way down to 2.5 ~ 2.6 volts and the cells were swollen. I also checked the QR code and it appeared they were manufactured two or three years ago. I brought this up to Jennifer and provided pictures showing the swollen cells and she's arranged for four new grade A 100ah cells to be delivered to replace the defective cells. Great price and great customer service.

This is not a review of the product as I haven't had it long enough yet, but the service thus far has been great. I realized that I had the wrong shipping address, but Talia at support was quick to reply to my email and promptly fixed my problem.

Mihel has been a pleasure working with via email and hooked me up at a discounted price to the battery I had already purchased online in the past from them. Love the product love the app. Customer Service has been outstanding with technical questions that I’ve had highly recommend.

Extremely helpful and friendly customer service. Hat to switch out the bought battery because it did not fit into the intended space (my mistake) and the customer service supported the return process throughout.

I ordered two batteries for now, and they were delivered in less than a week. Both work perfectly. I bought them to expand the capacity of my EcoFlow system using the well-known "hack". Battery factory settings allow you to use the full 100% of the capacity with this unofficial EcoFlow expansion setup.

I was also pleasantly surprised to discover that these were not old batteries being cleared out, but completely new units manufactured in April 2026, with cells produced in autumn 2025. They also feature an updated design and more durable triple-layer cardboard packaging, which greatly reduces the risk of damage during transportation.

I have two 12V 100ah mini batteries that I have been running in parallel in my RV, which I have parked 4 hours away from where I live. An issue developed a couple of months ago with one of them and I have been slowly (on my part) working with WattCycle's Customer Service and Technical support to resolve the issue. They have been with me every step of the way - sometimes it took me a few weeks to try out some of their suggested solutions, but we kept at it. Ultimately, we ended up needing to replace one of the batteries, most likely due to a BMS issue A replacement is on its way! I can't say enough about the patient/excellent and detailed support I received in resolving my issue. It has been so refreshing to deal with a company that has been so helpful and responsive. WattCycle made a good impression on me right from the start. There was a bit of trouble with the shipper on my order and customer service stayed with me and kept me up to date as each change in the delivery happened. WattCycle packs their batteries like tanks. One of the 4 batteries I ordered went through a tough time during shipment, but even though the box had seen better days, the battery was perfectly fine and came through without even a smudge. Their customer service team does a great job at communicating and Talia made it seem like she was personally involved in my satisfaction from the purchase instead of just an email contact. I'm happy to recommend them highly.

One of te two battery 314 AH lost his power in een few monts. I received een new one without any cost en good support from WattCycle.

Customer service always replied promptly. Any issues were always addressed and an acceptable solution was found.

I was not happy that my battery malfunctioned, but they replied fairly promptly and were able to persist until the problem was solved. I do appreciate their efforts.
