Danger, scam!

Danger, scammer! I ordered subscription wines for close to 10.000€ and many years later, still no delivery, no answer to calls/emails. Gabriel Lorenz hs started a new company in Germany, importing mountain bikes.

Do not buy from this website

Do not buy from this website, it is a fraud. We bought our wine March 2020 but we never received our order. Mr. Lorenzo never answered our emails and telephone calls. We have already reported this scam to the police.

Scam?

As others I ordered in 2019/12 a primeur wine from year 2016. Got some response in the begining, with predict date to deliver. Never hapenned. Not delivered until now. From Gabriel Lorenz no more answers 2 months ago, mails to the site ignored. Begin to believe that´s a scam.

Fake webshop.

Fake webshop.
As others I have not received my primeur wines from year 2016. First times I mailed WeinTotal around missing delivery. I got a reply from Gabriel Lorenz saying: 2016 was far the best and biggest primeur campaign we ever had
in the history of our company. The volume of orders is exceeding our shipping capacity by far. And this for several weeks.
But the latest times I have written, I have not received and reply back.
Do not buy any wines from this fake webshop. If you already have done so. Stop the payment.

No delivery (yet)

As others I ordered in 2019 some primeur wines from year 2016.
No delivery until now. From Gabriel Lorenz mails are not getting answered. In October 2019 I received the last mail and I had telephone contact 4 weeks ago.

New chapter: Mid August '23 I managed to get in touch with Weintotal. (After four years.) Together we came to a compromise and they delivered the wines I recently ordered. I'm happy with it. Chapter closed.

Avoid!!!

I placed a Bordeaux primeur 2016 order in 2018 for 60 bottles (and prepaid 6000 Euro) and I have only got 12 bottles. Now they do not pick up the phone or answer my emails, since several months back.

No delivery

Same experience. Bordeaux primeurs 2016 promised delivery last summer. Nothing has happened. No response to emails since October and the phone is not picked up. Very odd! Avoid.

Bought en-primeur wine a year ago for…

Bought en-primeur wine a year ago for delivery summer 2019. Despite many mails & phone calls the wine has still not been delivered. Company no longer respond to mails / calls. I have now taken legal action as this is fraudulent / criminal behavior. Not to be trusted.
