Very disappointing and don't seem very interested in selling homes.
We were very interested in a house for sale and possible viewing having already viewed the location etc.
Phoned the agent who took our details. It was the next day before someone phoned us. We had wanted to view that day but we're advised there was a 4 working day wait for any viewings as staffs diaries were full as they accompany all potential sale viewings on any property.
That's farcical. Often Potential buyers will visit an area with a shortlist of properties, but do a drive by and area check prior to just booking a viewing. Often they won't have 4 days to wait around to come back to view.
We wouldn't sell via these on that basis. As a vendor I would be appalled if I knew possible buyers were being told to wait at least 4 days to view.
So that's a sale lost, we move onto a vendor and agent keen to sell. Yes another agent with property sorted 2 next day viewings for us.

Great service with Whittley Parish, they were always responsive and happy to help explain the processes to a first time buyer.

We were buyers via WP and I wanted to write a quick review about their sales progression team, especially Sonia in the Diss office. She was absolutely fantastic, she kept us informed of the progress, chased our solicitors, was an excellent go-between us and the vendors and couldn't do enough for us / the sale to make sure things progressed as smooth as possible.

We were in a small chain and the estate agent we used to sell (out of the WP area) just didn't compare, we hardly heard from them, they didn't seem to know what was going on and Sonia knew more about us and the progress than they did!

If this is a general reflection on the WP experience then I won't hesitate to use them if / when we sell.

Alex Parish and his team Nick & Louise at the Attleborough Branch gave exemplary service, Nick valued the property, Louise sold it and Alex made sure the sale went through smoothly, No matter what question the solicitors had Alex liaised with us and the legal team and made it completely effortless for us. In fact 36 days from offer to completion record time. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

An appointment was made to view a house organised by Whitley Parish. I told them I was travelling to London that the timing would take is unknown. The appointment was booked for 2:00 p.m. I have been driving till 2 hours and 15 minutes. I was called at 2:17 to say that I should turn back and go to London as they do not have time to show me around the house. Out of order and unprofessional in my opinion, and the few more words that wouldn't be published

Review for Attleborough branch. Changed to this company to sell our house after using 2 other estate agents that were useless.
What a difference! They have really worked hard for us, very helpful and totally professional. Getting us viewings and keeping us updated. Wished I’d used them first.
I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to sell their house.

I rented a property through Whittley Parish in Diss and I will not and never rent/buy/sell through them.

The landlord of the property I rented, breached the Tenancy Agreement in one instant and attempted to breach it in others, no action was taken by Whittley Parish, whether to advise the Landlord of their actions or give me advice, other than "Thank you for making us aware of the situation. We hope that this comes to a satisfactory conclusion for all parties."

The local Council Enforcement Team ended up getting involved to get the issue rectified.
