I love the idea of this toilet paper being made from bamboo rather than trees. The paper is sturdy enough but not the softest I've used. I have reordered so it obviously is acceptable. It is nice h... See more

We found it important to find an ethical company, that is trying to make a difference in the world. Such a simple thing to move from paper to bamboo. colour coding toilet rolls so that you know that you’re almost at the end of the box is a master stroke. This gives us the time to re-order and time for the toilet rolls and kitchen rolls to arrive. There is no appreciable difference in quality between paper toilet rolls and bamboo.
I ordered (like previously) only to find myself by chance noticing an email in updates which I could easily have missed saying I'd subscribed. I didn't. Not knowingly. It's like dealing with amazon prime. All manipulation and attempts to get you to do so against your knowledge and wishes. No clear way to cancel that I could find as never made an account. Have complained to try to even prevent it. Nothing in my banking to show any direct debit or standing order. Pants. Used to like this company. No longer trust them at all due to sharp £ led practices.

Great product, started using during COVID 19 because I didn’t want to fight for toilet paper at the store. I also like that it’s a company that gives back and helps people. Keep up the great job 👏

Uses Evri, so whether I ever receive the product remains to be seen. The parcel has been with them for almost a week and the tracking has shown nothing but “delayed” the entire time.
It’s astonishing that any company would choose to partner with Evri, particularly one that relies on online orders and subscription customers. Your delivery experience is part of your brand, and handing it over to one of the UK’s most notoriously unreliable couriers is a strange decision.
As things stand, I can’t review the product itself because I haven’t received it. I’m simply waiting for Evri to either deliver it or confirm that it has been lost so that a replacement can be sent.
It’s a shame, because the experience has already been poor enough for me to decide to cancel the subscription immediately and not return as a customer. Regardless of the quality of the product, first impressions matter, and this one has been overwhelmingly negative.

Comes apart very easy when being used wouldn't recommend.

Great toilet paper and I love it gets sent every so often just when I need it

I'm absolutely angry at theses toilet rolls. Why can't you put something educational on them like a question rather then who gives a Crap. Totally unprofessional.

I did use this company a year ago and didn't set up a subscription. I have been notified today that my order is on the way ?? I have been in touch with my bank as the payment was pending, nothing they can do. I have just emailed the above company to no avail as my payment has now gone through. Anyone else had this problem. I will be returning the order I didnt order .

What a great product love it wouldn’t buy anything else now. You don’t realise the lint that comes of other brands. Until you invest, you’ll never go back, my new bathroom stays dust free thanks to who gives a crap. Love the individual wrapped rolls, trendy and can’t wait for my box to run down so I can invest in the latest wrapping. Oh and it’s lovely and soft :-) you’ll never run out again.

Loving my bamboo loo roll, it feels great, lasts a long time and the wrapped rolls look great in my black and white bathroom. Plus 50% of the profits go to charity, what more could you ask for?

I love this toilet paper, the fact that it's made from bamboo instead of trees is the reason i ordered in the first place, if I can help the environment I will. I've only order 2 times so far and I will never go back to using anything else, the quality is perfect and I can tell the difference between paper made by store bought brands, my family loves it too!!! No flaking and it feels get on the bum. Thank you for such a great product

Wishing to keep our environmental footprint to a minimum - my wife surprised me (!) with this product.
My ONLY gripe is the sheet size ie length x width per sheet is smaller than I'm used to. My "own style" of use, with a bit of origami (!!) can double or triple usage per sheet. (Too much detail there, chap) The smaller size impacts on this function.
Similarly should I be clearing up pets mess - the increased area is a bonus.
Ive never really considered this before: but I should like to be able to compare WGAC sheets with not only other brands of bamboo BUT especially white paper on absorbancy or how much water will one sheet take up and hold; also something equivalent to air-miles travelled for raw materials; and some sort of efficiency of breakdown of the sheet in the sewage system. I am hoping that bamboo is NOT being grown especially on arable farmland for this product BUT is being sourced from all the "weed" bamboo growing wild (BUT what other issues does that create); finally cost per unit area of the product compared to other products.
I found the "where's wally/loo" puzzle on the wrappers made an entertaining change"in the quiet room" - from solving WORDLE! Are these collectors items of the future. Will there be a Golden Loo Roll puzzle somehere where the recipient gets years worth of rolls.
Loss of stars based on sheet size and perceived higher cost, otherwise probably a worthy product.

We love this product. The toilet paper is great quality and soft. No messy fingers! The games on the tissue paper covers keeps the whole family entertained including colouring in the inside of the delivery box. Our first box after colouring it in has now been turned into our cats hidey hole house.
Easy to navigate their website and change product and delivery times. Their subscription timelines are accurate.
Delivery tracking is on point.
Love the email communication from Ollie the Business Analyst cat.

Very happy overall with our Who Gives A Crap experience. The quality isn't quite as good as our major brand favorite (Charmin Ultra Strong) but it's certainly good enough and knowing that I'm doing a small part to making our footprint more sustainable, while helping a really great company, more than makes up for it. Orders ship fast and the packaging is really nice. We are committed who-gives-a-crappers now!

The TP is great. Soft but substantial enough to do the job well and not shred all over my bathroom. And these seem to be seriously nice people - doing the right thing in the right way.
