RIP OFF
Paid for what I thought was a free shipping and return label. Imagine my surprise when they kept over $20 of my money to put the returned wig back on a shelf. They ripped me off. I should not be taken for that amount when I returned the wig on time, in perfect condition, and paid for what I thought was a FULLrefund.

The hair quality of the wig was poor
The hair quality of the wig was poor, does not look like human hair as it is straw like in texture.
The color was as expected/pictured.
Biggest disappointment was how sparse the hair was. I don't recall seeing the density of the wig in the description, if you like some density between 2.4 and 2,7 ounces and don't see it listed contact the seller.

My experience with Wig Studio was very personable. The customer Service returned my call & email right away when I had some concerns about shipping and ordering . When the wig arrived , I had ordered incorrectly as I needed a different color. I received a call immediately back. Jody was always compassionate , supportive and listened to all my concerns. We had a lengthy conversation about the overall challenges of hair loss and finding the right wig . I also was reminded that I could’ve called in directly and received this great customer service to help me order and make sure order was right .
I highly recommend trying to call customer service, leave a voicemail and then send email ! they will get right back to you to help you with your order. I can’t say enough about WIG STUDIO Customer Service and of course the quality of the Wig I ordered by Tressallure Beach Wave was excellent.The cap fit perfectly! I’ve had a lot of issues with flat back head and hair pieces not fitting right. Not only will continue to work with Wig Studio & I can’t recommend them enough when you’re challenged with finding the right wig to feel natural and confident! Fast Delivery, excellent return policy
I like the fact that you can buy the insurance to be able to return for free. I just did the steps and it worked beautifully. The color of the wig was wrong, and I never would have been able to wear it. Also, with the extra few dollars added I got it in 2 days. Fabulous!

Didn’t Look the Same
Unfortunately the real wig didn't look anything like it did on the website. It was easy enough to return the wig itself, but all the accessories were not returnable. This was a lot of wasted money unless I can find a way to shop in person. This experience of how the wig looked in person as opposed to the website has shattered any trust of trying this again from a website.

It would be helpful having the color of…
It would be helpful having the color of the wig on the photo showing the model wearing it. Frustrating trying to figure it out! I have noticed other wig websites and apps have the color right on the photo. WAY better/easier to navigate and decide which color to choose.
