Pretty straightforward however

Pretty straightforward however, I got to a page that would not let me advance although everything was filled out. I had to reload the page and then I was able to proceed.

I changed my dates of travel after the…

I changed my dates of travel after the initial purchase of the insurance, but well ahead of the travel date ( about 15-20 days in advance). Process of changes the dates on the insurance is tedious.. Had to send multiple emails and follow-ups until they got it right. And then they ended up changing the end date when my request was for change of start date.
Didn’t get to use the actual services on ground so would not be able to comment on that
