Guys were amazing, pleasant, accommodating and very professional. They listened to where the kitchen should be placed, as still work required to be done, and supported. Great delivery, great guys.

My 22 year old grandson wanted a new kitchen and I suggested "Wren" as I had seen them advertised. What a mistake, they must have put a rookie designer with him to design his kitchen. It was an L shaped with wall and floor units. What he ended up with was a kitchen without any under counter storage, a large void in the corner and the units stopped about 18 inches short of the end of the wall. This meant there wasnt a wall cupboard above this. My grandson went along with the plan because he didnt know any better. I could have designed a better kitchen with my eyes shut!! He has ended up with no storage for pots and pans etc down below, massive void in corner which could have been utilised and short one wall cupboard. When you think of what you store in the under counter units, pots pans, perhaps small electrical appliances these will all now have to go into wall cupboards which are naturally not very deep. No good complaining, to late now, nothing can be done. He ordered it, he signed for it and it wasnt until it was fitted that I could see how the kitchen designer hadnt got a clue!! They took advantage of a young man with no experience and charged a lot of money for the privledge.

Liam was really helpful and sorted out the refund. I did also mention my splash back did not fit due to plug socket. I had to purchase another splash back with cost me £195.00.

Very professional, completed with minimal disruption and very polite. I would highly recommend this guy. Cheers Tom.

Ryan Wheeler came to our house to measure for fitted wardrobes and kitchen units, he was on time, very polite and professional, kept us informed of the next process.

Wren customer service is total joke, got kitchen installed in april uncompleted, now July, all I get is emails say can't find a installer to compete, if anyone goes to kirkcaldy dont get Tom keenan, hes more away than on the job, plus let's you down when kitchen is still to be finished

The experience has been appalling. Should have been fitted 13th July. Should have been today. All good my end and fitters. Only received half the kitchen..,I rang Wren and was asked “what do you want me to do about it”

Surveyor, S Defty, arrived on time, very friendly, polite and professional. Asked relevant questions and got on with the job. Would recommend.

I made a call to Wren Customer Care as I’ve been very upset with the way the Birmingham store has handled my order - I spoke to a lovely gentleman called Liam - he handled my issue so well and resolved the problem that I had very quickly. He understood how I was feeling and made me feel so much calmer than I was before I made the call. I really appreciate his customer service skills.

I went onto Wren Kitchens website to book a free appointment for my kitchen to be measure and subsequently have a showroom appointment to discuss the layout.

I was first contacted to arrange for a specific time for the visit. Lee Mills came at the specified time. Before he began taking measurements, he asked us some questions about what we’d want etc. He was very clear with his explanation showing he understood what we wanted. He even gave us some very good suggestions or ideas which we never thought about. He was so very friendly and professional.

Happy with this service.

L Albrow was punctual, friendly, polite and efficient. We only moved in this weekend and the house is a mess but he absolutely worked around us and made no issue of it.
