We have never had customer service like this before. Bilal was very helpful, composed and calmly articulated himself and guided us through what seemed to be a big mess at installation. He kept the process short by asking the relevant questions and requested for the necessary information and was able to provide what I know is genuine customer service in a timely manner. Clearly a very knowledgeable and professional advisor. Please forward my thanks to him. We are very impressed with the level of customer service we have had both pre and after sales and feel very cared for. Wrens clearly invest heavily in their employees so please continue to do so. Myself and my wife will definitely be recommending wrens and referring our son who is due to buy a kitchen and will be kindly requesting to be dealt with by the same people from start to finish.

Don’t do it!
Wished I had listened to my fitter and purchased from Howdens!
The kitchen itself isn’t bad quality but that’s where the good ends.
The customer service ends the moment you have paid, I’ve never dealt with such an unhelpful company.
The kitchen design didn’t fit into the space we had, and this I was told was my fault? Damaged unit and damaged washing machine, had to wait 11 days for replacements, resulting in fitters having to return again at my cost, truly awful company

Highly satisfied customer
From the first appointment I felt that the salesman, Cameron, listened to me and did his utmost to design the bedroom to fit in with my requirements.
The two delivery men dealt with the drop off in a professional, friendly manner and were respectful of my property.
The installer Mark was very pleasant to deal with, did an excellent job, always kept me informed of installation dates and times. He is very definitely a perfectionist and "it will do" is not in his vocabulary.
I am extremely happy with the quality of the wardrobes and with how good all the people I dealt with have been to deal with.
