P Dyche was our surveyor and he arrived on time. He was friendly and professional and got the job done. He also booked our showroom appointment and explained everything about the process.
Worste and most stresfull experience in my life.
They even managed to take wrong meausurements.
Tim came to survey our kitchen. His communication was excellent. He was smart, polite and just an all round nice guy.
After we’d answered questions about where certain things were we left him to get on with measuring.
Before he left he made an effort to say goodbye to us all and asked if I’d do a review. I don’t usually but I couldn’t not do one for such a lovely guy who provided his service punctually and efficiently.
I bought a Wren kitchen and it was installed in July 2024. During the design process, I queried why the costs were higher compared with other suppliers such as Howdens. I was told the higher price was due to the fit quality and the guarantees Wren provides.
Fast forward to June 2026… I noticed my under counter sink is detaching. It’s hanging from the front bracket. No support bracket had been installed on the back. Should the sink collapse from its remaining attachment, I can only assume the plumbing will be damaged, potentially causing the water pipes to break flooding the kitchen.
I contacted Wren on 22nd June. As at today - 2nd August - I am still waiting for the sink to be fixed. I have had to call repeatedly for updates, excluding the last 3 days, they have not provided updates at all. The fitter made arrangements to attend, then did not turn up. Following chasing again, the fitter has offered to attend on 6th or 7th, delaying resolution for another week.
The communication has been atrocious and does not match up with the service promise at the point of sale. Essentially, they blame being busy. If you cannot provide the service you have already sold, it seems odd to me that you would be taking on new sales. Essentially, they are not making anything out of you, so the work to fix your issues is not treated with any urgency.
This would be bad enough, however, issues do not happen in a vacuum. My mother went into hospital and died during this period. I informed Wren during calls and here is their response - “I can ask you to get your own local fitter out to do this work for you and we will reimburse you the costs when provided an invoice. This may be the quickest resolution for you.” - so essentially…..you sort it out.
Dealing with Wren at this exceptionally difficult time has been one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.
Bottom line, when they tell you they charge you more for great customer service and guarantees, it’s not true. I wish I had known this at the point of sale, and so I am sharing my experience so others can factor this in when choosing a kitchen supplier.
David Bradbury was extremely polite and put me at ease about the kitchen
Had a great visit from M Herdman who swiftly measured up my kitchen and answered my various questions enthusiastically
Absolute joke of a company, sub contract work out, leave people without fitters an no resolution, avoid avoid avoid
An absolute nightmare of an experience. Nearly two months after delivery, our kitchen is still left unfinished. The initial delivery was not great, we received damaged goods, missing items, and an incorrect quantity of handles. To make matters worse, we were then told the flooring supplier has no more stock to complete the job. The Quartz worktop team arrive to fit the worktop but were missing a piece. We are also dealing with poor installation, including water leaking under the sink, side panel not secure, part of cornice not fitted, door facing damaged, removed and not replaced. We were finally passed to management about a week ago, who said they would arrange for everything to get sorted. We have heard absolutely nothing since apart from an e-mail saying “case closed”.
Thank you Cameron for a great survey. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Answered all our questions and concerns.
K smith he was very good and on time
I would have given a 5 * but unfortunately we had organised a 11am appointment with Kieran but this was not communicated with Darren who actually came out to do the measurements & we had to wait until 1pm which was smack bang in the middle of the day, apart this Darren was extremely apologetic, professional & curtious, he stayed no longer than needed.
John Nicholls was very knowledgable and talked us through all the measurements and some of the things we could consider when meeting for our design appointment. He was able to advise on what comes next and what to consider for our refit.
N Hogan came out to do a home survey and was very professional and friendly. She completed the survey quickly and efficiently. I was impressed with the text reminders that I received and her call to say she would be arriving in 30mins. Great service .
