What a fantastic service

What a fantastic service. Sam was fast and tidy he left my worktop beautifully finished. I would highly recommend, such a lovely polite man who fitted around my boys running around and in the way.

Outstanding Customer Service from Oluwakemi contacted Wren regarding a kitchen…

I contacted Wren regarding a kitchen unit that had been omitted from my delivery and was covered under warranty. After i explained the issue, Oluwakemi immediately arranged a video call so that she could see the problem for herself. She was professional, efficient and extremely helpful and promptly arranged for replacement items to be delivered on 17th July 2026.

I am extremrly satisfied with the service i received and greatly appreciated her support throughout the process. Excellent customer service and a credit to wren.

From ordering in store with Hamza at…

From ordering in store with Hamza at the Leicester branch, to delivery and then dealing with Adeniran from customer service with a small rectifiable issue, my experience with Wren has been nothing but great. The quality of my kitchen island is great and the price was much cheaper than it would've been from bespoke quotes we had. Thank you Wren.

Seamless from start to finish

Seamless from start to finish. Mark R in the showroom at Peterborough. Designed perfectly. Good communication from the delivery service team. Arrived on day and time agreed. Jack and Robyn had driven from Hull to Spalding in 34 degree heat. Kitchen unloaded with care into garage. Friendly and smiling even with the extreme heat and physical nature of the job. Thank you.

Initially I was told that could get…

Initially I was told that could get refund but when kitchen fitter explained that it had been measured incorrectly and would be drilling into electrical wires I was told yes could be refunded and the service was very good in getting it sorted.

Your customer care assistant (Debbie) seemed Helpful and concern about the problems we have with our new AEG oven and and sorted it without any problems, Which is far more than I can say from anyone we spoke to at Pacifica who the guarantee is registered with.

V positive delivery

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Awful company told kitchen would take 1 week in week 9 and still not finished on 5 occasions the fitter hasn't turned up after me taking time off work. Got onto wren who said they will contact fitter and still waiting. Paid 5000 for kitchen installer and nowhere near finished

Lovely kitchen but wicked waste of resources

A lovely kitchen, local customer care great but central office not easy to get in touch with, long waits on the phone. We had difficulty getting them to agree to replacing a non working fridge and when we had a large unopened package of materials which had not been used they refunded but would not collect and suggested we cut it up ourselves and take it to the tip. What a criminal waste of resources. Not at all impressed!

In these circumstances, we may offer a refund without requiring the products to be collected. I moved into a property with an…


I moved into a property with an existing Wren kitchen. While the quality of the kitchen is fine, the layout doesn't work for my needs, so I only needed to purchase three additional units to make it functional.
I visited Wren and was initially told that, because of company policy, I would have to buy a minimum of five units. I was then given quotes for both a flat-pack kitchen and a fully assembled kitchen instead.
I asked the showroom to contact Customer Services on my behalf, as I had been unable to get through myself, to see whether an exception could be made. They came back to say that I could purchase just the three units I needed, but that no discounts would be applied.
Wren is currently advertising up to 60% off kitchen units, yet I was quoted over £2,700 for just three units with no discount. This was only around £180 less than the cost of an entirely new kitchen.
I simply cannot justify removing a perfectly good kitchen and paying thousands more for installation when I only need three extra units to make the existing kitchen work. It seems incredibly wasteful and difficult to understand from both a customer service and environmental perspective.
I am extremely disappointed with a company that promotes itself as offering great value and caring about its customers. Their advertising feels misleading when existing Wren customers cannot benefit from the same discounts on replacement or additional units. It also seems very short-sighted not to support customers who simply need to adapt or extend an existing Wren kitchen.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Wren. If I am ever in a position to buy a completely new kitchen in the future, I will certainly be looking elsewhere.
A very disappointed customer.

We appreciate that you were looking to purchase a small number of additional items to adapt an existing Wren kitchen. However, Wren is a kitchen design and supply company rather than a hardware retailer where individual units can be purchased independently. Our current promotions, including the advertised savings of up to 60% off kitchen units, apply to qualifying multi-buy kitchen purchases of five units or more, and this is made clear within our showrooms and promotional terms.

Having reviewed the quotation you have provided, we'd also like to clarify that the total cost was not solely for three kitchen units. The quotation included a number of additional products, such as decorative panels, fillers, plinths, cornice, as well as a sink and tap, all of which contribute to the overall price.
