This is my second kitchen from Wren in 3 years, all went well, but this time there was a dispute with the microwave which I ordered (2 types listed) after a few phones calls to the showroom and customer service I got no satisfaction, then I got a call from Bilal, he listened to my concerns, he was courteous and understanding, and offered to give me a replacement, which is the resolution I wanted, so now all good 👍

Laura was extremely friendly and efficient at resolving an issue we had with one of our appliances. I was very anxious as a lot of money is being spent at this time and she quickly organised a resolution, listened to me rattling on about our wonderful new Wren kitchen and totally put me at ease. How refreshing is that in a world where we’ve all become accustomed to the big sell and moaning about after sales service. Laura has restored my faith in human nature that it still is possible to resolve issues, be friendly and efficient all at the same time. One very grateful customer and this lady should be running the company! 🤩

The lady I spoke to at head office was very helpful. And resolved our issue without hassle.

Showroom staff good but once contract signed and money paid after care( customer care) terrible.
We were sent a mis- matched oven unit, trying to get a replacement has proven impossible.
Would not reccomend.

Every step of the journey with Wren has been seamless.
The design, factoring in all possibilities and helping turn a tired space into a modern, family friendly kitchen.
The delivery, on time, exceptionally professional and caring of my home - and lovely with my young children.
Installation was done by my preferred fitter, but the instructions and ease in which it went together - and quality of the product - was brilliant.
We did have a couple of mishaps, but Wren responded quickly and provided replacement units efficiently, staying in contact throughout.
Looking for a bedroom from them next!

Steve Jeffs came to measure up in our kitchen which is to be replaced / he had messaged to confirm his arrival time, he was very professional and spent time with his measurements, he was friendly, personable and informative when we pointed out some areas to question, and an excellent representative for Wren.

We’re in the midst of planning our new kitchen and already having a design quote from Wren, popped into the Dundee store to explore unit finishes and colours and also profiles for their handless range. We were met by Helen who was so welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. She explained the different designs of quartz top and gave us some really good ideas and advice. She took time to explain the current sale items and made some really points regarding how to tie the various elements of our kitchen together. She showed us the different colour options of kitchen units and left us to explore and make up our own mind. No sales pressure, just warm, practical advice. Having never been to this store before, she really made a strong positive impression - to the extent that this is the first trustpilot review I have ever submitted. She was that good. If you’re in, ask for Helen.

We had our kitchen designed and fitted 9 years ago, then after a few years cupboards started to bubble, had no problems they would get replaced straight away, this happened to most cupboards at different times. then we had a full kitchen replaced as they kept bubbling. Sometime later happened again our cupboards were discontinued so we were sent out another full kitchen with slightly different style cupboards . Can not fault there service but the quality of the kitchens are awful the glue that they use on the cupboard doors must be faulty as to have so many replacements and the same issues happening. They are replacing so many different customers kitchens. I would definitely not recommend on quality.

Ordered a kitchen from wren in hull absolutely shocking service after things was wrong only found out when it was getting fitted they over charged us £1000 for 3m by 1m work tops when we ordered the standard work tops which was delivered after lots of been passed from piller to post then they put on a black gas cooker which we ordered stainless steel top this was the designer so after speaking with customer services which again different staff some are very arrogant we are still in limbo with the kitchen which has been put on hold we are now going to take this further with the right people the service is shocking ok at the time of taking your money for the product which is definitely not fit for purpose its not about the money its about getting this kitchen right and what we paid for so I hope who ever is in charge of this company sees this and hopefully gets this right as your customer service staff are arrogant and not helping at all shocking is a understatement wish I would of gone to a different company who is fair better but this needs resolving urgently just be careful of the staff if your buying from this company even the designers

⭐ Avoid Wren Kitchens – I deeply regret choosing them
Our experience with Wren has been extremely disappointing, and I genuinely wish we had chosen another kitchen company.
We trusted Wren to measure our room and design a kitchen based on those measurements. We also paid extra for their specialist worktop service. Despite this, we have been left with measurement, alignment and access problems, followed by an exhausting amount of emails, calls, photographs and measurements trying to get the problems properly resolved.
What I find particularly concerning is the difference between how Wren advertises its services and the contractual position it relies upon when something goes wrong.
Wren’s website promotes terms such as “expert kitchen designers”, “expert Wren surveyor”, “specialist surveyors” and “precise measurements”. Yet our Kitchen Supply Contract states:
“Our designers and surveyors are not technical experts…”
and says the customer or installer should check that all measurements are correct.
As a customer, I find this contrast extremely troubling. If a company sends people to your home to measure your kitchen, produces a design around those measurements and presents the service using terms such as “expert” and “precise measurements”, I think customers should be made very clearly aware before purchasing of the extent to which the company expects those measurements to be independently checked.
I have now made a formal complaint to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) asking them to consider whether Wren’s advertising gives consumers a potentially misleading impression about the expertise, accuracy and level of reliance they can place on its measurement and design services.
Our independent fitter followed the Wren plan, but we are now left dealing with the consequences and trying to obtain a satisfactory resolution.
My advice to anyone considering Wren: don’t make the same mistake we did. Do not assume that because Wren has measured your room and designed your kitchen, those measurements have been technically verified. Get everything independently measured and checked before installation.
After our experience, I would not use Wren again and cannot recommend them.
Update following Wren’s response:
Wren’s response unfortunately reinforces one of my main concerns.
If Wren’s position is that customers should arrange independent checks of the measurements and design before installation, this should be made clearly and explicitly known during the design process, not raised only after something has gone wrong.
We attended several design appointments and made numerous changes with our Wren designer. At no point were we told that we needed independent measurements or that we should not rely on the measurements and plans provided by Wren.
Our property was actually measured on two separate occasions by Wren-appointed surveyors. As customers, it was entirely reasonable for us to believe that a kitchen designed by Wren and measured twice by Wren professionals would be based on accurate measurements.
I therefore do not accept that responsibility can simply be transferred to our installer after the event.
If Wren considers independent verification by an installer to be essential, that responsibility and its implications should be clearly explained to customers during their appointments before they purchase the kitchen.

We purchased a kitchen from Wren, and when the Joiner was half way through fitting it he discovered the sink was not going to fit into the worktop so we phoned wren and we were told that the the sink should fit as their surveyor had measured it all. We told them again it was definitely not going to fit, so were back and forth disputing over the phone as there was a few of the designers looking at our design. My husband and the the joiner ( my son ) went into wren the following morning and asked to speak to the manager and pointed out the measurements and they admitted it was the surveyors error. I got a phone call from head office that afternoon asking if the sink was in its original box and had to do a video call to prove there was no damage to it and was then told we would receive a refund for the sink in question. This has now had a major impact on the installation as we have now had to order a new sink which is £200 dearer than the one from wren and still waiting on it arriving which means the joiner, electrician, plumber, painter and decorator have all had to be put on hold. As they now other jobs to do and we have to wait to see when they can fit us in not to mention this is costing us even more money plus all the inconvenience of not having a water supply in our kitchen nor do we have any electricity which means we cannot cook. This has caused me a significant amount of stress. I am extremely disappointed and angry with wren as they have opted for an easy option out by refunding us the money for the sink. So now its our problem and not theirs. What should have been an exciting time has now been an absolute nightmare.
