Wren Kitchens Reviews 

I installed my kitchen in 2023 with a wrench approved installer. It was a horrible experience and I have never been satisfied with what they gave. First off, the door and shelves they installed fell off, which was both catastrophic and dangerous. They offered me no compensation but because it was within warranty did fix it. Second, the laminate wrap on their integrated dishwasher and windows is now coming off. Third I feel the designer rushed us through the design process and there was constant badgering to hurry up and make a purchase. Fourth the proportions of the kitchen are all wrong - the kitchen cupboards sit too low and I constantly bang my head against them. I’m so gutted and wish I’d spent my money elsewhere

After many weeks of backwards and forwards enquires to Wren technical dept regarding a problem we had with our new kitchen decor panels, Jordan managed to solve our problem on our first conversation with him.

Whilst we were told on several occasions previously the correct decor panels would be sent, on 3 separate occasions replacement items were still incorrect and not suitable for our kitchen.

We are now hopeful that Jordan has identified the problem and looking forward to getting the correct items to finish off our new kitchen.

Staff have a very bad attitude.

They blocked off the road without telling other road users what was going on. When approached to find out what was happening (after several minutes of delay), they rudely mentioned that they would be there for 45 minutes, that they had the right to block off the road and anyone who had a problem with it to contact their Rochester office, that people should use google maps on their phone to navigate.

I've not come across a group of adults so rude, not one of them had anything good to say.

I would never use them based on the attitude of staff encountered.

Great clear communication

ordering a replacement refrigerator was so easy , i spoke to an extremely helpful and patient lady who helped me through a zoom call so she could see the damage herself , everything was sorted and new refrigerator booked out , i cannot thank her enough for her patience with me as i don't really have much experience with zoom calls and general technology

I am very pleased with the quality of my units and worktops, the delivery process is excellent with full upfront information.
I did have a hiccup with one worktop but Crystal at head office sorted this out for me. Thank you Wren I will be recommending to others.

Lindsay was helpful and efficient. The process was easier than I had expected it to be.

Outstanding customer service. Made a warranty claim and the whole process was a joy, from detailing the issue, to the first response given by knowledgable and friendly representatives.
Samples were forwarded the next day and delivery of all replacement items made on time in full in two weeks from go ahead (alternative kitchen range and colour).

This all way exceeded my expectations and I congratulate Wren in developing an excellent back up to your extensive network of showrooms.

I rarely post or have ever had such cause to post such reviews but along with the above and promised a positive personal mention to Adam and Hannah in particular.

Delivered on time. Very efficient with excellent communication .Went above and beyond to place our kitchen units in the space available. We’re happy and worked hard .

Couldn’t fault the delivery team today. Everything we could ask for, on time, considerate, engaging and tidy (in how they left the items).

Outstanding service from Jordan – a credit to Wrens customer care!I contacted Wrens customer care today and spoke with a young man named Jordan. I was incredibly stressed, convinced that I had made a major mistake and caused a massive problem.Jordan was absolutely brilliant. He was extremely helpful, caring, and had a wonderfully calming manner. He completely sorted out the issues for me, made the entire process so much easier to understand, and immediately put my mind at ease. I had an issue with parts not required, which were still boxed and could not be used. After calling wren show rooms and the person who sold me the kitchen to no avail I contacted wren customer service who was a man named Kay he sorted out all my issues within 24 hours - thank you Kay and wren for a solid customer care service

Natasha was really helpful and kind. We had an issue with the delivery but she did everything she could to help us. Thank you, Natasha!
