Outstanding service from Jordan – a credit to Wrens customer care!I contacted Wrens customer care today and spoke with a young man named Jordan. I was incredibly stressed, convinced that I had made a major mistake and caused a massive problem.Jordan was absolutely brilliant. He was extremely helpful, caring, and had a wonderfully calming manner. He completely sorted out the issues for me, made the entire process so much easier to understand, and immediately put my mind at ease. Jordan is an excellent, very pleasant young man and an absolute asset to the company. Thank you so much for the fantastic support
I had an issue with parts not required, which were still boxed and could not be used. After calling wren show rooms and the person who sold me the kitchen to no avail I contacted wren customer service who was a man named Kay he sorted out all my issues within 24 hours - thank you Kay and wren for a solid customer care service

Had a new kitchen from wren and there was 1 problem after another from the moment of delivery. Missing pieces, items damaged. Ordered easily on the app, had to phone customer service a few times and both times took over a hour to get through. The kitchen doors were a cream j pull (handleless) the j is so narrow for adult fingers to put fingers in to open (im a female with slim fingers too). But within weeks of installation, the paint was cracking and chipping in the corners. Ordered replacements and 1 came in an even worse condition than the 1 installed. Avoid this door at all costs. From my whole experience with wren, I would never use them again nor would I recommend.

We had a very positive experience with Wren. From the moment we were greeted on first arriving at the store to the after sales support.
There were a couple of hiccups with the delivery, but this was beyond Wren's control. In these situations, the Wren app was easy to use and Chelsea from the after sales team was extremely helpful in ensuring we received the correct parts in a timeframe that did not affect the installation schedule.
Many thanks, Wren. I wish I had another kitchen to upgrade but I don't, however, I will tell all my friends!

What went wrong is buying from Wren, kitchens are top quality however if you have an issue customer service is shocking, apparently its my fault that i had a unit panel delivered that was white but my kitchen is green, as it was scanned off the lorry you would have thought the scanner would have picked up an error. I have to pay £300 for my fitter to install 3 parts that he cant now, wren offered £150, but i still think this is unfair.

Wren installed white gloss kitchen cupboards into the 7 new build houses in our road. All the cupboards in each house turned yellow quickly and despite raising this with Wren under our guarantee, they have repeatedly ignored us. After some research it seems there is a defect with white gloss. Do not buy from this company!
