I was very pleased with Jordan’s service, there had been a misunderstanding with my local brunch regarding a missing part of a wardrobe and he promptly solved the issue, great customer service thank you!
Amo at the Wolverhampton branch understood my needs and promptly got everything done efficiently and quickly. His knowledge and experience really helped me have confidence with my order.
Prior to this the service was not the best and I was constantly chasing them! I was even contemplating cancelling my order until I spoke to Amo who ironed out all the small details, after speaking to a few people in this branch Amo went far and beyond so deserves a raise or a bonus of some kind..
fisrt of all the sales person promised so much
We wanted it installing on fixed dates 9-6-26 - 13-6-26
they said yes no problem.
A kitchen fitter came and said that to do all the alteration pugs, and pipe work it would be around £2000. When we asked why when the sale staff said the total cost of the kitchen £15500 for everything.
So we went back to the showroom to ask why
the sale staff had left the company. so we spoke to a manager ho said that it was in the small print of the agreement so not as was promissed
it took them from 9-6-26 - 18-6-26 not what was promised. again.

they said it will have to back isaid you better cancel the all lot if thats the case and i want my deposit back.
after 2hrs they decided to put it on the decking.
i said i would cover it over with a tarpalin no problem.

so quick to take your money and promise everthing but sadly did not deliver on anything.
Roy Barkley was very friendly when he came out to measure up for our new kitchen. He talked ms through what he would do abd what the next step would be moving forward with the kitchen planning process.
Hello Chloe this is message from my husband. He has been raving around the outstanding level he received from yourself. You were patient, you showed empathy, you understood the urgency. The fact that you were understanding and willing to help made the whole difference to the value added we received from you. Thank you Chloe. All the very best in your career which we hope is fulfilling and you progress.
The surveyor garry Pearson was extremely efficient. He arrived on time. Called to let me know he was nearby.
He was polite friendly and was able to answer any questions I had.
Having him do the measuring for the kitchen made me extremely confident in wren
Steve was very helpful and friendly. He explained everything I needed to know and made the experience a positive one.
Purchased a new kitchen for one side of the room, purchased matching cupboard fronts etc for the already old fitted kitchen so it was all matching.
The new kitchen at the right side absolutely perfect and no faults what so ever.
The other side all measured incorrectly so been sent cupboards that won’t fit. Spoken to wrens multiple times and have gotten no where. Refused refund and basically argueing about the sizes that we actually need. Customer services useless. We were also told it was our fault as we should have measured the kitchen after the designer came out and measured it. Rediculous.
Order # 50421971
Order arrived today in very good time. J Pullinger & another team member were wonderfully cheerful, very welcome when in this high stress situation.
The team were very professional, orderly, polite & courteous. Items were checked off to ensure the order complete. This team are a tribute to Wren & should be congratulated as such. I'm a very satisfied customer, thankyou.
C smith was my engineer today and she was very polite and knowledgable and professional
Great customer service from Adeniran sorted the problem quickly and replacement door is on its way.
Excellent kitchen, great value for money.
Installation was really easy and stress free as it can be!
What particularly pleased us when we had an unforeseen repair required, there was no complaints, they were prompt, took full responsibility and fixed it to a high standard.
After a trying time navigating and failing on your spares web sight. I found the spares telephone number.
After a long wait 18mins.
"Ryse" helped me. after security checks, he located my kitchen, I described location of draw that needed replacement runners, then all was well after a frustrating time on your complex spares site!!!!
Thank you RYSE. John Farnham

My experience with Wren Kitchens has been an ongoing catalogue of problems, from issues with the original design (which resulted in a formal complaint) through to missing parts, damaged doors and repeated failed replacements.
I have already had 9 replacement doors, and unbelievably 7 of those were also faulty. I am now facing yet another delay, with Wren refusing to send further replacements until 3 September — despite knowing that I have a fitter booked and will incur further costs as a result. When I flagged this - their answer was to fit the doors myself using their installation guides.
I have spent thousands on a new kitchen. I should not be expected to fit it myself using installation guides simply because Wren cannot supply the correct, undamaged parts. Their response to a problem they have repeatedly caused appears to be: wait, or do it yourself.
Getting through to customer services takes around an hour, and even after spending half an hour on the phone today and escalating the matter to management, there is still no meaningful resolution.
The poor quality control, lack of care with packaging and repeated delivery of damaged/incorrect items are simply unacceptable. What should have been an exciting kitchen installation has become an exhausting and expensive ongoing battle.
Think very carefully before choosing Wren. The real test of a company is how it deals with problems — and in my experience, Wren has failed that test repeatedly.
Roy was so nice and polite when he arrived and explained everything so well. His customer service was excellent
Lee was knowledgeable and very polite and excellent customer service.. would definitely recommend to anyone..
Whilst the initial design part in the Cambridge store was good, everything else has been poor or appalling.
I would also flag that, what wasn't absolutely clear at the design stage, is any basic electrical work is not covered in the installation - ie even unplugging an existing appliance (like a fridge), you appear to have to pay additional money for that - so be prepared, as it costs hundreds per item.
The delivery of the kitchen was then sporadic damaged or missing. This delayed finalising of the kitchen by several weeks.
The Wren recommended/ approved installer didn't pick up obvious faults - causing delays in remedial work/ replacement, then a dispute over what was then replaced or not replaced (as I wasn't at the property at the time and near identical damage was present in the a fridge-freezer tower unit).
Whilst I accepted an offer of settlement on that, the quality of the kitchen is not as expected.
I now find out that the Wren do not provide the electrical certifications required for the extractor hood and cooker - that I have to chase the installer who was less than truthful about the remedial works undertaken. I have done that - despite the nonsense of Wren not automatically ensuring this is provided. Unsurprisingly there has been no response.
This is all compounded by Wren's customer service contact line/ email (or via the app). It is tardy to say the least and if you have to phone them, be prepared for the 2 hours wait to get through/ call back delayed each time.
I wouldn't use them again.
