Ryan was very kind and helpful .He Made sure all the measurements were accurate and did a fantastic job
Today Omid Firouzia the surveyor came to take the measurements of my kitchen, he has been very helpful and reassuring. He done his job and got on with it and checked anything he needed. Really good work and i am pleased with the service provided.
We were very impressed by Paul Dyche. Clearly highly competent and efficient, he carried out the measurements of our kitchen in Dunblane this afternoon in a most able manner. He also had a very open and engaging personality which made us feel very comfortable with his presence in our home and he gave us confidence in proceeding with Wren Kitchens. Excellent customer service!
J Smith was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to deal with and is an asset to your company.
A very disappointing experience, do not be fooled by the shiny showroom and attentive in store service it is a ruse designed to cause you stress and anxiety. I purchased my kitchen 6 months ago and I’m already having to have repairs carried out only to find that installation was not conducted in accordance with their own standards. My installation team were managing numerous installations meaning that would should have been a slick service was extended due to the unavailability of the team, requiring both my wife and I having to take additional time off to accommodate them. Quality control was severely deficient due a number of cabinets arriving damaged or to the incorrect specification. The general conduct of the installers was also suspect, with a member of the team smoking drugs on site which is wholly unprofessional and potential a factor in the poor standard of workmanship. In order to rectify the issues with my kitchen I have been told that the tiling that I’ve personally installed will need to be removed so that the new worktop can be fitted and I’ll have either have to pay for the privilege of a fitter to make good the repair or pay for the materials and fix it myself! Trading standards are already being lined up to advise me on my next course of action.
Took the time to measure properly and spoke to us about the process. Was very friendly and answered all our questions.
We are in the process of buying a home with a Wren kitchen already installed. I requested a brochure as there are some changes we would like to make and would like to purchase a couple of extra units. I missed a call from their rep but texted him. This was his response:
"Unfortunately, we mainly specialise in complete kitchen projects rather than supplying individual units. Our minimum order is typically five units or more, and as the kitchen wasn't originally purchased through you, we're unable to supply matching replacement units.
I hope this helps, and I wish you all the best with your new home.."
No, this doesn't help.
Also, the current units are still under guarantee and one of them is showing signs of delamination. Should we ask that the vendors contact Wren to get this put right? We've been told that the new lamination will probably not match. Will Wren then re-laminate the whole kitchen so everything matches? I doubt it.
I used to think Wren had a good reputation...
Post trust pilot review the advisor who responded to the poor review was exemplary and handled my complaint swiftly and with empathy. It's only a shame that I needed to raise a poor review because those before were poor.
Excellent and efficient service from A Goss.
Very polite and explained what he was doing at each stage and always asked if we had any questions.
Really nice and informative, thank you O Firouzia for your help :)
Our Wren Kitchen Order No.50203901 was delivered yesterday by Ben (B. Patchett) and John. We could track their route and they kept us updated. The delivery was on time, stressless, and carried out really efficiently by Ben and John who are friendly, organised and knowledgeable.
Having had three weeks of poor service and communication from Wren during and after delivery we were finally called directly by Jordan. He listened to the issues we had tried to have addressed numerous times, asked questions that made sense and was happy to help. He was patient, not at all patronising and effective in resolving our complaint. I only wish the two previous customer service staff members and the Maidstone store manager had offered the same courtesy. If you're reading this review and have an option to request that Jordan in Yorkshire deal with your complaint, I totally recommend you do that.
Tim came out today to measure up for our new kitchen and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was incredibly approachable and friendly from the moment he arrived, and he showed real patience and understanding with our SEN child, which meant a lot to us as a family.
He carried out all the measurements quickly and professionally, causing minimal disruption to our day, and had everything wrapped up within an hour. The whole visit felt smooth, respectful, and stress‑free.
Would highly recommend Tim for anyone looking for a reliable and considerate kitchen specialist.
We chose Wren expecting a premium product and customer service to match. Unfortunately, our experience has been the opposite.
From the start, we encountered numerous issues including discrepancies between the signed-off design and what was installed, damaged items, templating problems and changes made after sign-off. Resolving these issues took months of our time and required extensive correspondence.
What has disappointed us most is the lack of communication. We have repeatedly had to chase for responses, and several substantive emails have gone unanswered, including correspondence to senior management after our complaint was closed without resolving the outstanding issues.
More recently, our kitchen was completed in June, and we discovered what appears to be a hairline crack in our newly installed sink. We contacted Wren immediately, provided photographs and asked for advice. Once again, we have received no acknowledgement or response.
Throughout the process we have remained reasonable, responsive and willing to reach an amicable settlement. We have never expected perfection, but we did expect accountability and basic customer service when problems arose.
The quality of a company is measured not by whether things go wrong, but by how they put them right. Sadly, our experience has been one of repeated delays, poor communication and unanswered correspondence. After months of trying to resolve matters constructively, we have been left feeling that Wren simply does not engage once a complaint becomes difficult.
Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Wren Kitchens.
