Sadly had a poor experience with this company. Designer kept leaving to work in America, leaving me with a different designer each time, within this my order had a communication issue and wrong cupboards to what I thought I had purchased arrived. Quality of cupboards not to a good standard as only had kitchen 6months fitted and the Matt black is coming off leaving white areas showing. Customer services once you’ve signed the dotted line is horrendous.
@callum from wren, on my last post you said I would be contacted. I have been trying to contact wren on a daily basis and I have not been receiving any response. I am now on day 23 without a kitchen water supply, my emails are being ignored. I have no cooker, my appliances are not connected. I have not long sent an email to your media team but doubt I'll get a response:
I am writing to formally escalate a critical and ongoing service failure regarding my kitchen installation (Order #49389108). Despite repeated attempts to resolve these issues through standard customer service channels, the project remains incomplete and has caused severe disruption to my daily life.
Summary of Key Issues & Timeline:
Prolonged Disruption Without Water: My old kitchen was removed on July 13, 2026. I have been left without functioning water or plumbing in my kitchen for several weeks. Leaving a customer without basic utilities for nearly a month is unacceptable.
Project Management Delays: Essential plumbing reconnection is currently not scheduled until August 10, 2026 (to coincide with the quartz worktop installation), while key items—such as the range cooker—remain pending delivery.
Delivery & Access Failures: Wren was made aware in advance that my property is a first-floor flat, yet delivery planning failed to account for these specific access requirements, leading to further complications.
Impact: As I work from home, living without a functioning kitchen and basic plumbing facilities for nearly a month has severely impacted my work and daily living conditions.
I have been continually trying to get an update on my case and I just being ignored.
Please contact me on 07894733650 tomorrow.
The fact the installation manager came to my flat last Monday and I'm still no further forward gives me no confidence.
I need a water supply, I need a cooker. I am planning on phoning the ombudsman tomorrow afternoon. I ask that you contact me before 12:00 tomorrow and if I don't I'll add this to my dispute when I contact the ombudsman
Bilal was so helpful when I rung with issues about how my kitchen was designed. He offered resolutions and helped with replacement parts and nothing was too much trouble for him.
I have bought many kitchens over the years and have never experienced anything like this.
We were promised additional discounts and rebates by our designer, Charlie, at the Sheffield store during the design process. These were discussed on multiple occasions before we signed the contract and before we took delivery. Once the kitchen was delivered, those promises were not honoured. When we raised it, nobody wanted to know.
We submitted a formal complaint in December 2024. We have only just received a final response. In between, I chased often but months passed with no meaningful contact, no investigation, and no resolution. By the time they got around to looking into it properly, any evidence from our design appointments had been deleted.
They will say anything to close the sale, then when the kitchen is delivered no longer want to know. When we escalated, the management team at the Sheffield store took absolutely no ownership and made no attempt to reach a resolution. Every response kicked the complaint further down the road.
There is zero aftersales support and no genuine willingness to investigate or resolve complaints.
We have now referred this to the Furniture and Home Improvement Ombudsman. I would not use Wren again and could not recommend them to anyone, trade or otherwise. Buy elsewhere.
T.moyo good job in coming and measuring

The surveyor was: Bobby West!

Andy Hadnum was friendly and professional and answered any questions I had.
J Taylor came to our house for measurements he was so friendly when we ask him questions.we are happy with his service
We ordered a wardrobe installation from Wren Kitchens, which resulted in property damage, safety hazards, and a complete failure by management to resolve our complaints.
Contractual Delays: The installer failed to attend the Monday appointment. Tuesday was cancelled via text 20 minutes before the start time. On Wednesday, the installer arrived three hours late.
Property Damage: The fitter cut into our plaster walls and removed sections of skirting boards without prior consultation or consent.
Safety & Fire Separation Hazards: This bedroom sits directly above an integrated garage. Removing the woodwork left an open, unsealed gap exposing the floor void to the garage below. This compromises the 30-minute fire separation barrier required between a dwelling and a garage, and creates a conduit for vehicle fumes. The fitter refused to seal the area unless we purchased materials ourselves.
Health & Safety: Woodwork was scorched during removal, leaving visible burn marks and a burning smell. Heavy component boxes were abandoned blocking bedroom walkways, forcing us to manually move them to regain safe use of our space.
Privacy Issues: Despite being given access to a specific en-suite, the installation team entered two separate, closed-off private rooms (a home office and a spare bedroom) without authorization to store items.
Property Issues: The fitter's apprentice admitted to knocking a personal item out of the window. Home security camera footage shows the team outside searching the grounds for it, but we were not informed until the following day.
Management Failure: A senior customer service manager was contacted twice and given a clear deadline to confirm a contract cancellation, a full refund, and professional property reinstatement. This deadline was ignored.
Due to the severity of the damage, safety violations, and a total loss of confidence, we have escalated this matter formally through our finance provider. All physical evidence, photographs, and video footage have been fully documented.
The surveyor Bobby West was very efficient.punctual and did good job.
As a first-time customer of Wren I wwas disatppointed at the lack of communication from local sales person at Hayes, Uxbridge showroom.
My calls and emails went unanswered.
I finally got through to James from Wren head office who has been most helpful. Thank you James
I rang this afternoon to sort out an issue with an appliance door. Bethanie was absolutely fantastic at helping us sort this out efficiently and without any problem. She listened, reassured and was friendly throughout. I could not be more impressed with the customer service that I received from her. Thank you!
J Howes completed the survey quickly and listened to the comments that I made.
M Sabin - Clearly explained, quick and efficient.
