M rennolds came for our home survey, great work
Great experience so far with Wren .. the person who came to measure up was really friendly and professional - answered any questions I had. (plus we had a lovely chat about our much loved black cats 😊)
Excellent work by the quartz worktop fitters. Job well done fantastic finish couldn’t ask for more.
Spoke with Abby who was patient, had a helpful attitude and identified what exactly needed doing to assist me. Despite dealing with a lot of people daily no doubt, she treated me with enthusiasm and sorted out my enquiry very well.
Pleased with the service during all aspects from design through to installation of cabinets and quartz worktops.
From Paul lyon in the banbury office to the delivery team and to Dave and Dennis who delivered the kitchen today its been a great experience. I cant recommend them enough, I hope wren looks after their staff as well as their staff look after the Consumer and company.
Jordan was really helpful, he dealt with my query, ordered replacement items for me and arranged for it all to be done timely to enable fitting of the kitchen to continue. He worked out the best way to support what I needed and resolved other aspects raised too.
Ryan was very polite and courteous. Very professional. Thank you
Andy was polite and friendly.Very respectful of our property. He was very knowledgeable about Wren, having work for them for some time.Couldn't fault him.
Ade was amazing he made a stressful situation seamless. Really appreciated the ease in which he handled everything!
Mark Willmott was punctual and polite. He was able to answer my technical questions and in fact put my mind at ease with regards to some queries I had regarding the installation
Mark Rennolds was lovely even managed to measure whilst being harassed by one of my cats
We ordered a Wren kitchen believing we were paying for the exact specification we agreed in store. However, we later discovered that five minutes after we paid our deposit, our chosen plinths were switched to a cheaper version. This was done without our knowledge, seemingly to artificially lower the price and secure the sale. We are now being told we must pay £1,500 to upgrade back to the plinths we originally selected.
The point‑of‑sale process was confusing, with discounts being added and removed, and calls to head office about honouring previous promotions. In that chaos, we didn’t notice the switch and didn’t notice the amend in the 31 page order document provided after sale. Furthermore, when using the VR googles to view our kitchen we raised the issue about the plinths not being what we wanted, only to be told a bare face lie that our skirtings wouldn’t show in the VR but was re-assured the plinths were the ones we wanted on the order.
The issues didn’t stop there. The delivery date we agreed in store was never entered into the system, resulting in our kitchen being scheduled for delivery a week later. Only after complaining was this corrected to a week later than specified rather than 2 months later. This meant rearranging trades, delaying our fitter, and another week without a kitchen, all with two young children.
On delivery day, Wren refused to bring the items into the house because of a single temporary step in our new build, claiming it was a health and safety issue. This was despite having visited twice to measure and raising no concerns.just measured the front door to ensure everything g would fit. The step is perfectly safe, used by young kids and no issues with other deliveries such as bathroom. As a result, I (12 weeks pregnant) and my 72‑year‑old mother had to carry the kitchen units and appliances inside ourselves. Completely unacceptable.
When raising these issues with store, you are simply passed to the support team. Store management claim they are “not authorised” to resolve problems — yet they had full authority to offer discounts when they wanted the sale.
Overall, the experience has been misleading, underhand, and with sales tactics that feel designed to confuse and seal the deal.
Very good and professional service from G Bansal
Absolutely shocking experience. The kitchen got delivered but "they forgot" to send out a wall unit. They've ordered it days after when I phoned in after waiting 45 min on the phone. Extra money for another joiner to come out to fit it.onendoor was chipped, that had to be ordered by myself through the app. The surveyor didn't measured it properly and the units didn't fit in a row therefore I needed extra end panels, phoned in, another 40 min waiting, I asked them twice to confirm that it's 3 end panels they will deliver, a week after they deliver just one. Now on the phone again waiting. When we agreed on the last design 2 drawer units were taken off from the design instead of 1 as I asked (the surveyor didn't noticed the main gas and water pipes sticking out from the wall), the design image wasn't updated and I haven't noticed that they took off 2 drawers and they put units instead and that's how I received it before setting up the delivery date. Just disgusting honestly.
Very good experience with O Firouzia from the home survey team. Arrived on time and was very helpful and professional.
Lee Albrow very efficient, explained what he was doing and next steps. Answered my question clearly. I needed to leave at a certain time and he made sure he completed the measurements etc and then sat in his can to send the information through.
Highly recommend
What a great experience with wren staff.problems with our three and a half year old kitchen.spoke to Natasha who was very polite, professional, and helpful. Once agreed solution we spoke to Samuel who organised the replacement units etc. Very patient and went through everything step by step to ensure we were getting what we wanted. Delivery date arranged (which was very quick,) .Nothing was to mucn trouble, their concern was us getting what we needed and wanted replacing with no fuss and ensuring we were happy with solution. Very happy customers. So nice to deal with a company that cares about customer satisfaction. Well done Wrens, especially Samuel .
Received a call back from Natasha today regarding an issue with a cupboard hinge the replacement was no trouble she was very polite and helpful.
