L Barrington was very thorough in his planning and measurements. He explained the process and legal requirements for the placement of appliances and units. L Barrington was very transparent about remeasures for the alterations/building work currently being conducted. Overall, he was very polite, helpful, and is a credit to the company.

Excellent customer service
I had a problem with a replacement order. Samantha quickly identified the problem which was missing images. She then sent me a link to engage in a video call with her which she guided me through. I was able to show her the problem areas and she took the photos and processed the order immediately, along with the delivery date. Samantha was very pleasant and knowledgeable and made the whole process easy for me.
