DEPOSIT SCAM
This is my worst experience with XM despite trading with the company in a long time.
Upto now considering similar complaints on Twitter for same deposit cases I would never advocate for anyone to trade with them.
On the 28th of May 2026 I made a deposit VIA MPesa which upto today has not reflected in my account.
FYI I have reached to their support multiple times and there is no logical solution as to where my money is.
I am going to rally my Kenyan community friends to avoid this SCAM to keep their funds safe.

I made deposit of INR 50000/- and today is the 11th day of missing my deposit. There is no response from XM account manager. I have sent them multiple email but no single reply. XM is biggest scammer on the name of forex broker. Stay away from XM and save your money.
Deposit Not Reflecting
They've refused to credit my deposit to my account after saying I have to wait for 24 hours before I can make a complaint if my funds are not reflecting in my account and after waiting for the 24 hours and submitting a report through their email they've refused to get back to me or credit my account and when I chatted with support to check on the progress they where telling me I have to wait an additional 1 to 5 days or more for my issue to be resolved and they where even claiming am being rude on top of my own money.

My MT5 id 317342117
They have blocked my account with a balance of $262 for two weeks due to account verification. They requested documents from me that they had never asked for before, even though they had previously allowed me to trade without any issues. Nevertheless, I sent them all the documents they requested, including:
* A selfie video of myself holding my ID card and a paper showing today’s date
* A video of the cryptocurrency wallet address I used for the deposit
* A bank statement
They quickly approved the first two items, but they keep requesting the last document again and again. They respond to my emails only after a long delay and without any sense of responsibility, and they do not provide any proper explanation. They are also refusing to allow me to withdraw my money.
Before filing a complaint with higher authorities, I sincerely ask them to resolve my issue. Otherwise, I will not give up my rights under any circumstances.

On 18 March 2026, I made a UPI deposit of INR 35,374.98 to my XM trading account using PhonePe from my Canara Bank account. The amount was successfully debited and transferred to their payment partner D AND S CONTRUCTION through IDBI Bank.

I have already provided everything multiple times:
* Bank statement PDF
* Payment screenshots
* Official Canara Bank responses
* Chargeback complaint proof
* Complete transaction details
I also raised a chargeback/dispute request with Canara Bank, but the bank rejected it because according to their records the transaction was successfully completed. The official bank response clearly shows:
* Final Response Code 00 Approved
* Settlement completed successfully
* Settlement Date 18 March 2026
Despite all this, XM and their payment processor keep saying they never received the funds.
The strange part is that the bank confirms the payment was successfully settled and even rejected the chargeback as a successful transaction, while XM still says the funds are missing.
Now after more than 2.5 months, instead of properly checking with their payment vendor using my UTR number and exact amount, they keep asking for more documents and repeated explanations.
According to my bank, the funds were successfully transferred through IDBI Bank to their merchant/payment partner. I even requested XM to ask their payment vendor to check their IDBI Bank statement for 18 March 2026 using:

This whole situation has become extremely frustrating and suspicious. My money has left my account successfully, the bank confirms settlement, but the amount is still missing and unresolved.
Be careful They are Fraud
Be careful, they are fraudsters. They send you a withdrawal amount very late and from random accounts, and they don't easily allow you to withdraw; they usually take one week to release the amount. They are scammers, be aware, and my amount is still pending with them, and the support is not answering

XM Global removed $11022 from my account
I am writing this review to warn other traders about my experience with XM Global.

After funding my account and trading successfully, my account generated significant profits through normal trading activity. However, once my account became profitable, XM removed $11,022 from my balance and terminated my account.
The explanation provided by XM was that my account was allegedly connected to another account that violated their rules. Despite repeatedly requesting clarification, I never received any concrete evidence, technical report, IP records, trading analysis, or any documentation proving these allegations.
If a broker makes serious accusations against a client, it should be able to support those accusations with verifiable evidence. In my case, I was simply asked to accept the decision without proof.
The amount removed from my account was $11,022, which is not a minor discrepancy. It represents a substantial portion of my trading profits.
This experience has seriously damaged my confidence in XM's fairness and transparency. I believe traders should carefully consider the risks of dealing with a broker that can remove profits while refusing to provide clear evidence supporting its actions.

I had a very disappointing experience with XM Global.

I deposited funds and traded successfully on my XM account. Over time, my account balance grew to approximately $22,000 through legitimate trading activity.
However, after my account became profitable, XM suddenly removed $17,509 from my account, closed the account, and only returned my original deposit.
XM claimed that my account was allegedly linked to another account that violated their terms and conditions. Despite making such serious accusations, they never provided any actual evidence to support their decision. I was never shown any IP logs, technical reports, transaction analysis, or any other documentation that would justify the removal of my profits.
What concerns me most is that:
No warning was ever issued.
No restriction was placed on my account while I was trading.
All deposits, trades, and withdrawals were processed normally.
Everything appeared to be fully compliant until the account became profitable.
I only received generic emails containing accusations without any transparent explanation or supporting evidence.
Several months have now passed, and XM still has not provided any proof regarding the allegations made against my account.
As a customer, I believe that if a broker takes the extraordinary step of removing $17,509 from a client's account, it should be able to provide clear and verifiable evidence for doing so. Transparency and fairness are essential in the financial industry.
Because of this experience, I have completely lost trust in XM Global and would not feel comfortable depositing significant funds with this broker again.
I encourage other traders to exercise caution and to carefully document all account activity in case they ever face a similar situation.
BEWARE SCAMMERS!!
This broker is very unclear and canceled my profits without any clear reason. I deposited $120 and made around $290–$300 in profit from trading. While I was trading, my account was completely normal. However, as soon as I requested a withdrawal, my account was suddenly frozen and my $300 profit was removed.
Do not trade with this broker, they are 100% scammers! When I wasn’t trading, everyone from the company kept sending me emails encouraging me to trade, and in the end, they scammed me.
I have a lot of evidence proving that they are scammers. Do not trade with this broker.
SCAM WARNING: XM Global Stole My Principal Deposit and Blocked Communications
Review:XM Global is illegally withholding my remaining principal deposit of $80.29 USD. My trading account ID is 351750585. They executed a backend adjustment and wiped my balance to ZERO based on a false "chargeback" allegation.I have already submitted official bank passbook statements under Ticket IDs YQE42V and U1LLPS proving that NO chargeback was ever initiated from my end and the money successfully reached them. Despite giving irrefutable proof, their support team keeps sending generic copy-paste emails stating "the decision is final" and has suspended my account. This is pure financial theft and fraud of client capital by a heavily advertised broker!I demand the immediate refund of my $80.29 USD to my original payment source. I am escalating this formal complaint to the Financial Services Commission (FSC), Belize.

Very disappointing experience with XM.
I made withdrawals totaling around 2800 USD. I successfully received 1800 USD, but the remaining 1000 USD has been pending for more than 17 days.
XM keeps saying the matter is “under investigation,” but no proper explanation, timeframe, or meaningful update is being provided. My bank details were correct, and I have already verified everything from my side.
At this point, the constant delays and repeated generic responses are extremely frustrating. A trusted broker should handle client withdrawals with much better transparency and professionalism.
I hope XM resolves this issue soon and improves its customer support and withdrawal handling process.

It has been 112 Days and I am Still Begging for My ₹40,000 Deposit Back
XM's replies to my previous reviews are complete stall tactics. They publicly claimed they were waiting on me to "initiate a formal recall," but they already know the bank's recall was attempted and DECLINED. Which i sent them again and again like more than 20 times till now.
Their payment processor's bank (Bank of India) explicitly rejected the chargeback because the funds were credited to their merchant's account post-reconciliation.
Furthermore, I have just forwarded the exact written confirmation they requested directly from my bank's Nodal Officer to Sakshee, Vidhika, (AGAIN for the 30th time) and their Complaints team today (May 26th). My bank stated clearly in writing (multiple times) that they cannot fulfill the reversal request because the beneficiary bank declined it. XM now has the exact format and proof they asked for. (which i given multiple times) Stop asking me to initiate impossible recalls to nodalOfficer, check your inbox for today's Nodal Officer email, and manually credit my ₹40,000 immediately.

Axis Bank and NPCI officially confirmed that the transaction was SUCCESSFUL and the funds were credited to the beneficiary bank.
Despite providing:
• Bank confirmation letter
• NPCI confirmation
• UTR number
• Multiple screenshots and emails
XM still keeps replying with the same generic response saying “payment not received.”
No proper trace report, no transparency, and no real investigation even after 3 months.
As a client, this creates serious concern regarding fund tracking and customer support handling.
I only want one thing:
Either credit the funds or provide a proper official trace report showing where the money is stuck.
Very frustrating experience so far.
