2. Employees are the worst not helpful they raise your voice at you on the phone for their mistakes not communicative at all and they don’t explain nothing you just waste your time.
So yes don’t order from here speaking from my experience they not professional and u will have trouble with something you need.👍

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with xxxLutz has been unacceptable from beginning to end.
My first order (Order No. **WMZ9EI**) was collected from the **Würselen** branch, and I transported it myself all the way to my home in **Maastricht, the Netherlands**. After unpacking everything, I discovered that almost all of the main bed components were incorrect and did not match the size I had ordered. This was not a minor mistake—it meant the bed could not even be assembled as ordered. Such a serious error should have been identified long before the product was handed over to a customer.
After contacting the Würselen branch, I had to wait about a week before they finally agreed to replace the bed. The replacement was processed under Order No. **WMZGFP**.
Unfortunately, the problems did not end there.
Because xxxLutz outsources delivery and assembly to a third-party company, I was contacted by their delivery partner. On the agreed delivery day, the installation team arrived **more than five hours late**.
My apartment building has both a dedicated furniture elevator and a staircase, and I live on the third floor. Instead of using the available elevator correctly, the installers unpacked my new bed directly on the dirty floor of the building without asking for my permission. Even after I repeatedly asked them not to place the furniture on the dirty floor, they only put pieces of cardboard underneath and continued. They also dragged the bed components through the dirty common areas of the building, showing very little care for a brand-new product.
When I suggested carrying the furniture upstairs using the staircase, one of the workers told me he wanted **extra money** to do so. I found this completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
After finishing the assembly, they immediately asked me to sign the paperwork. Like most customers, I trusted that the installation had been completed properly. However, after they had left and I carefully inspected the bed, I discovered that one of the interior side panels was completely broken. I have clear photographic evidence of the damage.
Receiving the wrong product under Order No. **WMZ9EI**, waiting another week for a replacement under Order No. **WMZGFP**, experiencing a delivery delayed by more than five hours, watching my furniture being handled carelessly, being asked for extra money, and finally discovering that the newly assembled bed was damaged is simply unacceptable.
What disappoints me most is not only the series of mistakes, but the complete lack of quality control, accountability, and respect for the customer throughout the entire process. Customers should not have to inspect every single part of a professionally installed product to discover damage after the installers have already left.
I sincerely hope xxxLutz takes responsibility for this experience, offers a genuine apology, and seriously improves both its quality control and the standards expected from the companies that represent its brand. A customer's signature should never be more important than delivering the correct product in perfect condition.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend xxxLutz to anyone expecting reliable products, professional service, or proper after-sales support.

100% total garbage!!! we order 4 different sets of furniture for each room in our new apartment. everything come in different date. everything comes with missing parts! everything comes with incomplete parts! need to rearrange another 10 schedule for this rubbish to complete their work! just go to IKEA instead!

totally rubbish, every time you buy something, it arrives home with missing parts and you wait weeks before get it and of course your furniture is in the middle of you apartment and not finished.

Very disappointed, we bought a sofa that looked great in the store and the quality seemed solid, which is why we agreed to the high price. Unfortunately, what was delivered feels like a completely different product. Within just 2 weeks the sofa already developed wrinkles and layers in the fabric, making it look worn out and old - only with 2 people using it. Looks like something that has been used for years.
What’s more upsetting is that the showroom sofa which must have had many people sitting on it every day still looked firm and well shaped. Ours lost its shape almost immediately. We reached out multiple times to raise this issue, but no proper response or service so far, which makes the experience totally frustrating.

Even after we erased our account, their agents didn't stop harassing us.
I do not advise anyone this company.
After they delivered us literally boxes full of garbage paper and cut wires, at the time some agent from cs stalked our nationalities ( no idea where but very creepy) and after we finally managed hardly to take our money back, we erased the account. After that we kept receiving harassing emails.
Instead of actually solving their clients issues, they engage in harassing ex ones.
Avoid at all costs!
Never ever we had similar experience with any company in Austria or abroad.
My experience is with xxx lutz online Shop and I assume the Austrian one as I live here. ps: we have contacted you at the time with no reaction if not from anonymous employees who sent plenty of fraudulent and illegal emails! also send them to an basic english course!we will go viral and legal!
