I am furious. They have taken money out of my bank account twice . Unacceptable! Please return what was taken without consent

When did I sign up to this can't recover password because I never had an account but you can create one if You Put Your Bank details in

Yeah right weren't born yesterday but they have still taken money put block on report fraud

Your social insights more like your unsocial scam site avoid if you can but they're still getting away with it.

Now they've said account is closed because they tried to take money out but was unsuccessful.

Fraud! I can't understand why they still working? Where watching police or another organizations that deal with these issues?!?

Scam. This company operates under a loan company or various loan companies. You click on an advert and you’re directed to another site in which you believe is still the same site. In fact it’s not, it’s a site called Your Social Insights. They use a bank operator name called FinWell Score, however that company has absolutely no contact details. What details I found were an incorrect email address. Fortunately I manage to find the correct email addy after days of researching. Once emailed they claimed I provided details to a loan company that then redirected me to Social Insights. Yet there banking name is registered with another company called FinWell Score who are not related to Social Insights. My bank blocked the card, and this payment was highlighted as fraud. Report to the police and fraud department of your bank immediately!

The second time I had to cancel my son bank card ,because for some reason they keep getting his card details, he's a child so they have no qualms who they try to scam.

scam they have made a fake work website to get people to work from there computers but they give meaningless tasks are a group of scammers collecting peoples money by taking there bank details POLICE DO SOMTHING.

I tried to create an account with them and the website said that a problem occurred with creating my account, despite me already having entered all of my details. I tried to then log in using the forgot password option and the website said that there was no active account with my email address. Fast forward a week to today and THEY TOOK MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. So by my judgement this is a scam.

EDIT: I am writing this several days later and after contacting the email address provided on the website, I have been refunded the money that was deducted and have been informed that my ‘plan has been cancelled’. So I am changing this to 2 stars instead of 1 star for the customer service.

Really poor. Signed up for free trial with intention of cancelling before renewal. Didn't receive login details and can't cancel subscription without logging in. No answer from customer service not able to email either.

They are Fraudulant. I never signed up with them they keep taking money from my Bank account and I can't stop it. I've the Bank watching my account now,so I'm hoping they will get caught! Customer Services number doesn't work!

FRAUD, they toke my last bit of money even and I didn't even created account there, reported it to fraud team from banking I hope they get justice they deserve,

Got accidentally subscribed to these even though I declined and they charged me 14.95
Their customer services number does not work so cant unsubscribe
